The Liberator Wedge/Ramp combo at first glance appears to be a pair of assistive devices designed to help those with physical limitations achieve intercourse, much like a hammer is an assistive device to help you drive nails. Not particularly sexy.

However, while the Liberator Wedge/Ramp combo can certainly be used in that fashion, it is more useful as a set of tools to expand or enhance your sexuality. It is one of the few truly useful toys on the market. The Wedge/Ramp combo is useful by any couple regardless of gender identity or gender. All you have to be is human.
The Wedge and Ramp can be used separately to adjust the angle of hips and/or shoulders. One partner can lay down on their back, using the Wedge or Ramp to angle the hips upward adding a new dimension to oral sex. It is especially useful if you or your partner are plus-sized (like so many of us are!). If the receiving partner is male, this position moves the penis up and proud, and has the added bonus of bringing the anus into position for easier penetration for prostate stimulation. The only thing that limits the use of these items is the imagination of the users. They can be used on any firm surface, such as the bed or even on the floor. We take them with us when we travel. Both the Wedge and Ramp are constructed of high-density foam with an inner utilitarian cover and the outer colorful, microfiber cover. The inner cover is waterproof in case of "spills." The covers zip on and off and fit the cushions snugly. We have had our Wedge/Ramp combo for several years, and they receive regular use. They have been washed any number of times without any decline in the quality of the cover.

The Wedge/Ramp combo is ready to use the moment it arrives. Takes a matter of seconds to put the micro-fiber covers on if they are not already on, then just get naked and go! We have a very active sex life, even before we purchased the Wedge/Ramp Combo. Because our sex life was so active before, I can't say that it inspired new positions but, man oh man did it enhance all of our favorites and made some sexual acts even more ecstatic. The Ramp and Wedge are very easy to care for. If the outer covers become soiled, simply unzip them, remove them and machine wash. The inner covers are waterproof and can be wiped clean or cleaned with toy cleaner if you feel the need. Be sure the inner cover is dry before putting the outer cover back on and water based lube only! Oil based lube would be much harder to clean and remove. We use the Wedge or Ramp so often that storage is not a problem. If the need arose, they can simply be put in the closet and taken out again when needed.

Orgasm Rating - From 1 to 10. I give the Liberator Wedge/Ramp combo a 10 plus for both giving and receiving orgasms. We own other Liberator products, but the Wedge/Ramp combo is our favorite and receives the most use. I am very impressed by the quality and workmanship of the Wedge and Ramp. We have used them for several years with no noticeable deterioration of the cushions or their covers.
