Good clean love review
So basically, if you don't smell it or taste it, and if you can manage to get it out of the bottle, it's not bad stuff. You may even get a laugh out of watching your partner struggle with the cap.Published: November 9, 2007
An all natural lube? That sounded great to me. I’m all for natural products. Leaves less to worry about. It even has aloe to condition the skin! Wow! Good clean love is water based and condom compatible. That’s always a plus. The manufacturer even donates money to charities around the globe. What could be better?!
I soon found out all this is because this product was a total disappointment. It boasts about its yummy scent and great taste too… however, I found neither. For this to be an all natural lube, it sure smells like chemicals. And the taste totally made me stop what I was doing and go brush my teeth. Good clean love is a rather thick lubricant, and sometimes it presented a slight disadvantage as far as ease of use. Imagine being in the moment and having to stop and unscrew the entire lid and use all your might to squeeze out just a drop! It was a bit frustrating. One of the few positives I did find was that the texture was quite similar to a woman’s own natural lubricant, which would be ideal for post menopausal women and those who have just given birth and may suffer problems producing their own moisture.

I love lavender..how is the fragrance on this? Also, I've never used "natural" lubricants but feel it'd be just the same, if not better. Any thoughts?

"Deionized Water, Agar, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Xanthan Gum, Vegetable Glycerin, Glucose, Lactoperoxidase, Glucose Oxidase, Benzoic Acid, Citris Medica Limonum (Lemon), Vanilla Planifola Fruit. Strawberry also contains: Hibiscus Sabdrariffa Leaf, Rosa Canina Fruit Extract, Orange Peel Extract, Chicory Root Extract, and Blackberry Fruit Extract. Cinnamon Vanilla also contains: Cinnamomum Cassia Bark. Lavender Rose also contains: Lavender, Rosa Damascena Flower." With a list of ingredients that long and that mixed I can't imagine how it would taste good.
