Moist personal lubricant - water based lube by Pipedream - review by Dame Demi

Moist Personal lube is an adequate, yet fairly average and unremarkable water-based lube. It is fairly thin, and can be a bit runny upon application. It is colorless and odorless, with a slightly sweet taste common in most water-based lubes.

Unfortunately, it is not quite as “moist” as its name would lead you to believe. It is slippery and does reduce friction, and would be a great lube for sexual intercourse. It is light enough not to be distracting and does not get sticky, even with prolonged use. However, it is not as slippery as I like in a lube that bills itself as designed for vaginal, anal, and toy play. With a jelly toy, I found the lubrication to be quite inadequate, and it did not reduce friction nearly enough. So while fine for vaginal intercourse, I really don’t think it is slippery enough for condom use, toy play, or anal sex. It is better than nothing, but there are more effective lubes out there.

One thing I will say for Moist is that it lasts… and lasts… and lasts. I tested and tested and could not get this stuff to dry out. After trying the traditional way, I even put some on my hands and tried rubbing it in, to no avail. It stayed on the surface of my hands, and it stayed slippery the whole time, without getting sticky or tacky at all. Little or no reapplication should be necessary with this lube, and a little will last a long time.

If only Moist lubricated as well as it lasted, this would indeed be an amazing lube. As it is, it is an adequate lube that gets the job done, if not as comfortably as possible. Moist lubricant did take some work to remove from the skin because of its long-lasting properties, and I recommend a soap and water cleanup. It does not get sticky on the skin, but it does STAY on the skin if not properly removed.
