I LOVE Things That Go Vroom!
I'm super impressed with this t-shirt. As far as free gifts go, it's a great wardrobe addition. Just make sure to order it a few sizes too big because they run very small. This shirt is perfect for at home or on-the-go wear.Published: September 9, 2011

While I have read a couple of negative reviews about this t-shirt, I decided to add it to my order anyway because it was a free gift. Since I usually wear an XL, I ordered a 2X just to be on the safe side. Since I got the shirt more for at home wear than anything else, I wanted it to fit well.
When it arrived I was a little bit surprised with the sizing. The 2X looks more like a Large. It still fit, but I was really glad that I ordered 2 sizes up. I would suggest that others also order one to two sizes above your regular, to ensure a proper fit. The shirt is 100% cotton, but luckily it is preshrunk. The nice thing about this shirt is that it washes well and does not shrink. I don't think I could wear it if it got any smaller! So if you're reading this and you haven't ordered your shirt yet, make sure to get the 3X if you usually wear a Large or XL.
Aside from sizing, I have no complaints about the shirt itself. The slogan is colorful, does not fade with washing, and the shirt is all kinds of comfortable. I wear mine as a PJ shirt, but I have been known to wear it out once or twice! When I did, at least a few people asked, "What's Eden Fantasys?" which of course gave me the perfect opportunity to share about my favorite "more than a sex store" site. It really is a great conversation starter, since I doubt many of us Eden members walk around in public saying "I LOVE SEX TOYS!! CHECK THIS SITE OUT!!!" This shirt is a much less creepy way to get people's attention, and you can bring up Eden in a non-threatening way. People will probably even ask you what the shirt is for or what it means, which gives you the perfect opportunity to talk about your role as either a reviewer or shopper, editor, mentor, or many of the roles here on Eden. It really is an amazing community, much more than your typical sex store.

I love these t-shirts! I now have 3 of them, as a result of the free gift feature. I mostly wear them around the house or to bed since the material is so comfortable. I do wear them out on occasion still, and I enjoy talking to people about Eden as a result. In fact, that's how I got my most recent student in the mentor program. She really wanted to sign up after I told her about all of the programs and services offered by Eden. It's definitely a lot more than a store.

I normally wear a medium or a large. I ordered this shirt in XL so that I could wear it lounging and for sleep. Its so small though. It came about a medium or a small. Im afraid to wash it and see it shrink

I have three of these - one large, and two XL. The large was a bit snug, but the XL are fine, and have held up to repeated washings well.

There were actually a couple different types of EF shirts. The XL and larger shirts were sized a little smaller than expected, but the L and smaller shirts were right on with their sizes.

Why does it seem like I received one shirt made out of a thinner and softer material than the other shirts I received? Has anyone else experienced this?

The first was very thin, stretchy, and really a great shirt since it is sized so small. The second was a very thick material with no stretch to it at all! I cannot even get that one on, even though it should fit exactly like the first one I received. The third shirt is wearable, but again is thicker material than the first, at least this one has a bit more stretch to it than the second one!
I would wager a guess that they are ordering these made up using the "most cost effective" material available, which would account for the varied material (which ever one is cheaper to make that day).
I know that I was happy with the first one, so I ordered more to "modify" some of them as I had seen in a video here. As it stands now...I have one to hide in the closet, one to tuck away for "emergency t-shirt needs", and one I can actually wear and enjoy.
So long as they are offering these free with purchase, I may get a few more (they'll make good rags if nothing else), but I wouldn't spend the $15 asking price on them with the materials being so varied from order to order! -
Good to know, and I hope the one I'll get in my next order will be a soft material.
