Not Bad (For a Free Gift)
Overall, this is a okay shirt. I guess it serves it's purpose. Sadly, I am probably going to wear it around the house only due to the awkward fit.Published: September 7, 2011

Too short!!! And I wish they had more designs.
I got this shirt as a free gift with my recent purchase. Not bad for a free gift! However, I have one big issue with this shirt- I wish this shirt was longer! The way it fits me is awkwardly short, so I don't want to wear it in public, otherwise I would! This would fit a shorter person well, I'm sure. I'm about 5'9" and I don't like the way this fits me, just above my hip.
I would say that otherwise, this shirt fits okay for a unisex shirt. I never really buy unisex shirts, I always go for fitted shirts. I like my shirts to show off my curves more, so unless I absolutely must have it, I don't buy unisex. And IF I do, I end up altering it somehow so that it has a more fitted look.
I love the idea of EdenFantasys shirts, and I like that this is black. I'm sure members of the Eden Community want other color options, but I would get it in black no matter the options. I would like to see some more designs available. More colors, more designs, and other sizing options. Men's sizes and women's fitted shirts would be nice! I don't really go for shirts with logos on them generally, but I just might for EdenFantasys. However, at $15, for this cut, I wouldn't. It was worth it as a free gift, but if I had bought it I would probably return it since I don't love the way it fits me. I got a large, which I usually wear, and it isn't too tight or anything. If I end up getting another one anytime soon with another purchase, I will go several sizes up, cut it up, and turn it into a deconstructed tee. Then I would be more apt to wear it out, and it would have a more pleasing, fitted cut.

This shirt has just ended up sitting at the bottom of my closet. It fits too awkwardly for me to even want to wear it to bed.

I normally wear a medium or a large. I ordered this shirt in XL so that I could wear it lounging and for sleep. Its so small though. It came about a medium or a small. Im afraid to wash it and see it shrink

I have three of these - one large, and two XL. The large was a bit snug, but the XL are fine, and have held up to repeated washings well.

There were actually a couple different types of EF shirts. The XL and larger shirts were sized a little smaller than expected, but the L and smaller shirts were right on with their sizes.

Why does it seem like I received one shirt made out of a thinner and softer material than the other shirts I received? Has anyone else experienced this?

The first was very thin, stretchy, and really a great shirt since it is sized so small. The second was a very thick material with no stretch to it at all! I cannot even get that one on, even though it should fit exactly like the first one I received. The third shirt is wearable, but again is thicker material than the first, at least this one has a bit more stretch to it than the second one!
I would wager a guess that they are ordering these made up using the "most cost effective" material available, which would account for the varied material (which ever one is cheaper to make that day).
I know that I was happy with the first one, so I ordered more to "modify" some of them as I had seen in a video here. As it stands now...I have one to hide in the closet, one to tuck away for "emergency t-shirt needs", and one I can actually wear and enjoy.
So long as they are offering these free with purchase, I may get a few more (they'll make good rags if nothing else), but I wouldn't spend the $15 asking price on them with the materials being so varied from order to order! -
Good to know, and I hope the one I'll get in my next order will be a soft material.
