This review is based on the size small corset.

For a corset with plastic boning, this corset does an amazing job of shaping and accentuating one's waist into a noticeable hourglass shape. I did not even have to lace it extremely tightly to achieve this effect, which meant I got to be sexy AND breathe!

This corset is made of nylon and spandex. The outside feels like satin while the inside is woven and soft and is quite comfortable for extended wear. The outside of the corset is also studded with plastic rhinestones. There are mostly 1/16 of an inch in diameter with some that are 1/8 of an inch in diameter. There only cover the very front of the corset. They seem to be glue on pretty securely and I do not believe you have to be very worried about them coming off if you brush against something. However, I assume that over time some of them will end up falling off. There is no distinct pattern to the placement of the rhinestones though, so this shouldn't be too much of a problem and I doubt anyone else would notice.

There are 14 strips of plastic boning. They seem flimsy, but do a really good job of shaping one's figure. The back features 10 pairs of metal grommets that are laced together with a black ribbon. The front is a busk closure with 6 studs and loops. This is my biggest, and really only, problem with this corset. The studs and loops do not match up exactly which makes the corset a bit difficult to put on and get out of, especially when the lacing is very tight.

This corset measure 17 inches vertically in the front and 12 inches vertically in the back. The top and bottom inch of this is a fabric pleat. This corset can be expanded up to a circumference of 32 inches or so and a minimum of 24 inches.

Apart from a bit of difficulty getting it on and off, I am extremely pleased with this corset. My boyfriend even wore when we went to a shadow casting of The Rocky Horror Picture show and it worked for him really well too. It's really disappointing that this item has been discontinued, but I'm sure you could find it elsewhere.
