If you are a beginner and a bit timid about sex toys, or just looking for something that vibrates and can be used in a variety of places, a pocket rocket is a good choice for you.

Jenna’s Vibe with attachments - Vibrator Kit by Doc Johnson is a decent pocket rocket as pocket rockets go. The vibration is pleasingly strong, and it is relatively quiet. The downfall of so many pocket rocket style vibes is the angry swarm of bees sound they make, loud enough for the neighbors to hear. Even when I’m not worried about being discreet, I find loud vibrators distract me from my goal. This one is the quietest I’ve ever used and is still powerful for a small vibe.

The attachments had a little variety, which is nice...but don’t get too excited. It’s only a little variety. Three of the five attachments are basically just smooth and rounded. While they feel better than just the head of the vibe itself, they don’t offer much in the way of sensation. The other two were my favorites of the bunch, one being shaped like a tongue, and the other like a hand with two fingers extended. The fingers can feel a little pokey or even cause pain, so be careful if you tend to be more tender. I liked that they were more pinpointed. For me, the tongue worked the best. It came to a bit of a point but not too much of a point. In a weird way, it almost did feel a little but like a rigid tongue.

The attachments are a rigid jelly material, so no sharing this toy. Jelly can’t be sanitized! Jelly should be washed in warm, not hot water, and only with mild soaps. It should also be kept in a cool, dry place. Also, jelly pieces tend to like to stick together, so it’s best if they are kept so that they don’t touch themselves or other toys!

The packaging for this toy leaves no question as to what is in the box, so be careful opening your package in mixed company. It is a shiny box with whom I presume to be Jenna in lingerie on it with the vibe. It has the attachments pictured on the font.

The vibe also comes with a battery and a sample of ilube. The lube is nice. Although, it didn’t really blow me away. It lasted a decent amount of time and felt nice. But at the end of the day, it was just lube to me.

The toy is waterproof so it could be fun for a bath or shower, either alone or with a partner. The vibe could easily be used on the neck, shoulders, or feet, as well as more intimate places.

One of the major downsides of pocket rockets are the dial controls. They cannot be easily turned with one hand. The dial actually clicks into place. There is open, off, and on. So if you need something that offers a variation in power, you won’t be happy with this as it just has one setting when on. I always have to use two hands to click it off, which I find annoying.

The reason I chose this toy is that I am eternally searching for the perfect clit vibe. For my body, this is not it, and I don’t think any pocket rocket ever really will be. It just doesn’t knock my socks off or get me where I want to go without a good amount of work. That said, if you are looking for a quiet, powerful, waterproof, travel friendly vibe, this toy may well be your best friend.

So in and of itself, this toy is a very good pocket rocket...but when all is said and done, it is only a pocket rocket.
