This product has a very good concept. The execution is not the best and is what keeps it from getting 5 stars.

The good part is that the vibrations are strong but not buzzy. I especially like the combination settings. The controls are easy to use. Cleaning is easy but I did notice that when I washed it, a bit of water got into the battery compartment, so you need to be careful when washing.

It has a great feel that is soft and smooth. The only texture is the PicoBong logo on the side and it is not deep enough to give any notable texture when using the toy. It would be nice if it had a bit more flexibility as the vibes are very firm with a light silicone coating. But that is more of a personal preference.

There are two main design flaws. First, the buttons to change the settings are on the sides, so if it is inserted, you must remove to change the settings. This can interrupt you in your way to getting the full enjoyment of all the settings. A better design would have been to have the controls in the U-shaped handle.

Secondly, the two vibes are the same size and the middle is not very flexible. This makes it difficult to get G-spot and clitoral stimulation at the same time. It can be done with some creative angling, but it is hard to keep it at that angle, as the hard plastic does not maintain shape and must be held apart. That is not fun for anything but a few minutes of play.

If there were not these two design flaws it would definitely be a 5 out of 5. As it stands, I give it a 3.

It is good for nipple stimulation. The nipple can be placed between the two vibes. It gives a very nice sensation and you can choose how much pressure to use.

Great vibe with the wrong marketing plan.

After having the Mahana for a few months, I have come to the conclusion that the main problem with this vibe is not the vibe design but the marketing. It is marketed as a G-spot and clitoral vibe. This is a possible use, but I do not know many women who would find this the best use as the center is not very flexible and the controls are hard to operate when used in this manner.

Lelo should be marketing the Mahana for use on the nipples, teste, clit, penis or anything else that you would enjoy having between two vibes. For these purposes it is one of the best toys on the market. These uses make the controls very easy to change. The limited flexibility of the center connector is actually a benefit to keep the two vibes snuggly around the body part of your choice. It fits easily in your hand and you can squeeze it together to give more pressure and a better sensation. There is a lot of choices in the vibrations and you can adjust each side separately giving you a vast array of options. Had it been marketed this way, I would have given it 5 stars. Since it was marketed as a G-spot/clitoral vibe, I marked it down because when used for this it was mediocre and not very comfortable or easy to use.

One drawback I discovered after having it for a while is that it is neither waterproof or splash proof. Since you cannot get it wet, it can be a challenge to clean the logo/control area. A few O-rings around the battery compartment would be a great addition.

The compact size makes it great to travel. It is very quiet and can be used almost anywhere that does not involve water.
