Make sure your room is sound proof!
I wasn't as impressed with this product as many other reviewers were. I liked the different settings, and the material is really nice, but it's really loud and difficult to use unless you have a lot of privacy because of it.Published: June 1, 2009
Pros:
Multiple settings, cord can be unplugged, material has no scent.
Cons:
Oh-so-loud!
I bought this vibrator because there are a ton of reviews raving about how absolutely wonderful it is. But honestly, while it gets the job done, I was expecting something much more mind-blowing considering the other reviews. In truth the vibrator is pretty nice, and the various settings add for a nice change of pace/sensations. Although while the product brags about 35 settings, I would say that I could really only tell 7 of them (I suppose some of the differences were too subtle to really be significant).
It's very easy to wash with soap and water, and I really like that the cord plugs in (like a headset) so you can just detach it for washing purposes. The material feels like soft (almost velvety) plastic, and didn't seem to have any distinguished or unpleasant smell. This g-spot vibrator may have many good qualities, but it is absurdly loud!
Although it is a g-spot vibrator, I tend to just use it on my clit. I've never had too much luck with g-spot stimulation. And while I hoped this might help, it didn't do much for me there but, I think that's more me then the product.
While the sound is muffled a bit when it's inside you, externally the sound is really noticeable. If I had my own apartment I don't think I'd mind. But during the school year while I have my own room, I have a suite mate and thin walls, and the rest of the year I live at my parent’s house so a noisy vibrator is a no-go for me. Really that was the most disappointing aspect of this product, because it's loud enough that I avoid using it for fear someone will hear it. Also, while my boyfriend and I often use a vibrator during sex, I know he disliked this one because of how much noise it made. If he's the one grabbing a toy to use out of the drawer, he tends to avoid this one.
Overall it's not a bad vibrator, but I think for what it costs (which isn't that expensive, but I'm a college student on a very tight budget so this felt like a decent amount of money) I was really expecting to be wowed. Actually the first thing I purchased off of Eden Fantasy was the Pocket Exotics Egg Vibrator and I prefer that one still; it's quieter and feels just as good.

Bullets question
-
Are they insertible or is that a no no?
-
Depends. This one you can, although I wouldn't insert it very far to make sure you don't end up with anything getting caught where the cord comes out of the bullet.
-
Definitely not for anal use.

Multiple types?

Has anyone tried multiple types of bullets? How does this one compare to your favorites? Is this your favorite?

This is my first multi function bullet. My other one is just a straight up vibe. This one has a smoother material, and I like the different vibration settings. It's a good value for the price.

Fun or No fun?

Are vibrators fun or what?
-
That one does look fun, but I can't really justify getting it since I already have like 5 bullets.

I have this one , I love it.

Would a guy like it?

Do any of you guys have experience using this in the bedroom with your partner?

Quote: Do any of you guys have experience using this in the bedroom with your partner? If you are asking if it would be good for prostate stimulation, I would say no. For that you want something with a flared bottom, like a buttplug has. Otherwise there is a risk that it could go too far in, and you wouldn't be able to get it out. It has a pretty good vibe, but then most guys need a stronger vibe for their prostate. It's also not really ideally shaped for a prostate vibe.
As a g-spot vibe, I would say it's fair. Both the prostate and g-spot need strong stimulation, and this is not a really powerful vibrator. It's also not really long enough to combine thrusting motion with the vibration, which is what these spots love, in particular.
As a clitoral vibe, it's excellent. And that is what I use it for. It can also provide a nice counterpoint, when inserted, to another clitoral vibe.
It's got a really long cord, and this would be good for a partner who wanted to control a vibe stuck in some snug panties or otherwise held up to their partner. It's also pretty quiet, and so is less likely to make you burst out laughing at the noise or otherwise spoil the mood with angry hornet sounds.
Hope that helps :)

Durability and Battery Life
-
Compared to other bullets, how durable is this product? I've treated all my bullets well but one or two have broken within a month or less, is this product worth the money? Thanks!

I haven't read all of the reviews, but it seems to be a pretty sturdy option.

looks like something i would try

Question about Xtreme Pack Bullet
-
For those of you that have owned this, how long has it last for you? Even with a fair amount of love n' care my bullets don't last more than a few months and I've come to accept this as a reality of bullet vibrators :(
BUT, seeing as everyone says this is the best darn bullet in the world, I was wondering if maybe it was an exception to this rule? -
My first one lasted a year and a half.
But I've heard of others having much worse luck. -
I guess it's nice to know it at least has the capacity to last that long...there wasn't anything super special you did to extend its life, was there? I usually just try to keep them pretty dry (even when they say waterproof), take the batteries out between uses, and I have started reinforcing the wires at their connections with electrical tape. The tape has actually helped them from coming loose, which is good.
Anyone else have any suggestions?

Oh Xtreme pack g-spot bullet, how I love thee!
-
How are you so wonderful, Xtreme pack g-spot bullet? How do you do it? Day after day, you deal with me shoving batteries in you and then jiggling them out. You let me wash you, unplug you, and throw you in my toy case. And you never falter! When I saw you in a sex toy store recently, I gasped and babbled on about how amazing you are to my boyfriend, because he was standing there, even though he already knows. You inspire me, Xtreme pack g-spot bullet. Just one question: can I call you something else? Your name sucks.

*laugh*
One of my newest acquisitions is called "Pyrex dildo mini latty pocket rocket" -- it is seriously in need of a nickname.
I think I'll call my toy 'pete'. -
Latty is kind-of cute. Maybe I should call mine Xtreme or Mr. Xtreme.

Thank you for viewing Xtreme pack G-spot bullet – bullet vibrator review page!

Most of the reviews on here, while very positive, *do* mention the loudness of this toy. I think it's fair to say that most of us don't mind it too much. Obviously if you're around other people in close quarters, it would be much more of a problem.
Maybe I'm just weird, but when I use this toy, it's really not that loud. Regardless, good review!
actually the longer i've had this toy, not that the effect of the vibration has decreased (at least not noticeably), but the volume has definitely diminished over time... not that i mind
thanks for the review!
thanks
thanks for the review, good to know that sound is an issue
