The Cupid vibe is a decent little vibe, especially since was free. This is a versatile vibe, can be used for clitoral stimulation, nipple stimulation, vaginal or anal penetration. It has fairly deep ridges and is quiet girthy so penetration and thrusting can be difficult and somewhat uncomfortable unless you are a huge fan of texture.

This baby is also waterproof! So it is great for bath time fun. I like to use mine in the bathtub to help me relax. It can also be used in he shower alone or with a partner. This is becoming a permanent fixture in my bathtub.

This vibe was made in China of high quality 100% silicone which is hypoallergenic and easy to maintain. Silicone has a particular combination of softness, flexibility, and resilience that makes it perfect for sex toys. It has many of the same wonderful characteristics that flesh has, without feeling creepily like flesh. It will also warm up quickly with your body heat. Silicon is very durable, however it is not indestructible. even a tiny tear or crack in the material will render this toy unsafe as the tear will get larger and larger fairly quickly. It is mufti-textured going from smooth to heavily ribbed texture back to smooth. It didn't really have an odor and was smooth and pleasing feeling. Soft and pliable, yet ridged and unbending. This toy is nonporous and completely waterproof.

Water based lube are your best bet to use with this, or any other silicon based toy. You should never use a silicon based lube with your silicon toy. And oil or petroleum based lubes should never be used on anything that will be used for insertion as they increase the risk of vaginal infections. (basically just stick with water based lubes for all your sexual play and you should be covered)

It is a pleasing shade of pink with a gradually increasing girth starting with small bulb head then into a thicker ribbed section and onto a much thicker base (which I wasn't able to handle). It is 1.5" in diameter and 7.8" in length, of which approximately 6" is insert able. the control is a single button at the bottom of the vibe, you can cycle through the vibration patterns by pressing the button repeatedly. Unfortunately you can not turn off the vibe without cycling through all the options.

The bottom of the vibe unscrews to reveal the battery compartment, it takes 2 AA batteries to run.

The Cupid wave vibe is a fairly basic, waterproof vibe. With 8 different vibration patterns it definitely has potential to be a great vibe. Its a little girthy and may be too much for many, as it was a bit too thick for me. It is water proof so can be great for bath time fun. It is also ribbed, very aggressively ribbed, which combined with the girth of the toy makes it a bit uncomfortable for thrusting. I wouldn't suggest this for a beginner simply due to its size and the amount of drag the ridges cause. However, the vibrations and pulses are strong and the patterns are very arousing, and its not terribly loud so could be used fairly incognito. Vibration patterns are as listed :

Care for this toy is relatively simple. Just washing with a mild soap and warm water should be enough. There is some issues with the ribbed part being hard to clean, its easy for fluids, lint and stuff to collect between them so a little extra attention might be needed. NEVER boil any toys with electrical parts, such as this one. I only really use mine in the tub tho so it kinda gets cleaned in the process. As with any sex toy you should clean it before and after each use to insure it's sanitary for use, and wrap it in a soft, lint free cloth before storing it as you so that it doesn't touch the other toys in your toy box. Certain silicon materials are not compatible and may cause discoloration or melting of the material. And if you decide to use this vibe in the water be sure to keep the battery compartment nice and dry by making sure the compartment is closed tightly.

The packaging the vibe came in is completely recyclable and very informative. It has window in from to display the vibe so you know exactly what you are getting before you open it. The back of the box opens into a 3 way brochure style information packet that is held closed by a small round magnet. Inside the box the vibe is held securely in place with a plastic blister form that is molded to the shape of the vibe.

I've found I actually enjoy this toy quiet a bit even though its a little too girthy and not comfortable to me for thrusting. It's found its home in my garden tub where I've come to enjoy using it while I relax with a romance novel. Inserting it a little at a time and cycling through the vibe patterns I'm usually able to work it in a little deeper and feel the pulsing vibe deep inside. I was pleasantly surprised at how strong it is once its inserted because it didn't seem very strong when i tried to use it for clitoral stimulation, the silicone is a little thick and requires the squeezing of my vaginal walls to be able to really appreciate the intensity of it. All in all I'm happy for the time being with my new bath buddy!
