This toy is not waterproof and should not be near water because of the electrical components. The last thing anyone wants while playing is to accidentally get electrocuted!
The rotating “penis” is noisy but nothing music cannot hide from another room. A roommate would probably notice in the same room though. The other vibrations are not very loud at all and could be hidden with a loud tv in the background and would definitely be inaudible from the next room.
