The insertable shaft is completely smooth along the bottom but on the top and sides it has subtle "bulges", 5 in total. The shaft itself ranges from the tip being 3 1/2" in circumference to the very end where it meets the cap itself being 5 1/2" in circumference. The Gee Whizzard is also perfect for anal use, the big round cap at the end of the shaft makes it completely safe and I don't think anyone will have the problem of it being potentially lost.
The silicone of the Gee Whizzard is sort of a translucent silicone mixed with swirls of dark green that vary in colour density, going from almost black in some spots to nearly sea water green in others. It is also 100% food grade, non-porous, hypo-allergenic, latex free and phthalates free. It's scentless, tasteless and it's a completely smooth with just a bit of drag to it.
Cleaning the Gee Whizzard is pretty easy and you can do everything you would normally do with silicone. You can boil it, whack it in the dishwasher, lather it up with anti-bacterial hand soap or even a wash with a 10% bleach solution.
The Gee Whizzard comes to you in a clear plastic cylinder like box with the Vixen Creations sticker on the front that has the company logo, a little info on what they do and some simple instructions on how to clean and care for your new toy. The top and bottom of the cylinder are sealed with bright red plastic caps and the whole package is excellent for storage, which is a must because this is some lint hungry silicone! The packaging also makes for great gift giving.

Experience
As the name suggests the Gee Whizzard is supposed to be a G-spot vibrator but unfortunately I need a really pronounced curve in any G-spot toy so the Gee Whizzard didn't work for me that way but as I mentioned earlier it does turn the Hitachi from a massive headed power tool into a more fine tuned orgasm instrument. Personally I don't find internal (vaginally) vibrations as great as clitoral ones and even though it does feel great to have the power of the Hitachi transferred to something you can put inside I much prefer the vibrations anally. The Gee Whizzard makes an excellent anal vibrator and its tapered shaft with the slight bulging makes insertion and thrusting not only easy but extremely pleasurable.

I don't have the Hitachi, but if I did I'd certainly buy something like this cause I don't like the smothering feel either. That's the main reason I don't use my Mystic Wand often.
