This toy creates a very intense experience, so I only can handle it about once a month. I'm a man, so I use it anally. The vibrations combined with the undulation of the shaft, combined with frantic thrusting make this experience utterly mind blowing. I never use the chevrons of bumps on the back. The length and size are plenty large enough. Don't worry, you will get enough stimulation with this toy despite the comfortable fit.
