The Luxe Rejuvenate is a small clitoral vibrator that's made by Cal Exotics. Its non-intimidating design makes it a great choice for beginners, but advanced users will also appreciate its nice shape. The small shape and easy to use design make it a fantastic choice for couples play, too -- just as long as you don't require powerful vibrations.

While this toy is marketed as a clitoral vibrator, it can be used for other purposes as well. For instance, you can use this little toy to stimulate other areas of a females body, such as the labia and the nipples. This could also be used to provide stimulation to a males genitals, as well.

I don't really think that this is an ideal choice for internal stimulation, though you could technically achieve very shallow vaginal penetration with this. For me, though, it's simply an external vibe.

As for where you can use it? I'd say anywhere on dry land -- so long as you're in a situation that gives you privacy. This little toy is said to be waterproof, but I don't quite trust the seal, so I'd say maybe it's splash proof instead. This means that, perhaps, you can use it in the shower, but I wouldn't dare take this in the tub.

This toy is made out of PU Coated Plastic, which rates as a 7 on Eden's safety scale. It's a relatively safe material, as it is hypoallergenic, latex-free, and phthalates-free.

This toy is very smooth to the touch, having absolutely no drag. It's also a very rigid toy -- meaning that you're not going to be able to bend or squeeze this toy.

There is a seam on this toy which may bother some, but it wasn't an issue for me. The seam is found on the sides of the toy, it is pretty obvious. As this is an external toy, I don't think that the placement of the seam should pose any issues for anyone -- especially as the seam is not on the ball of the head, which is supposed to be the part that touches your body.

I have not noticed any scent or taste from this toy.

This is a small toy, measuring just 4 1/4" in length.

The design for this toy isn't exactly anything new, but it is functional. It has a slightly rounded top (where the battery compartment is), so it fits very nicely in the palm of my hand. The bottom side of the toy (where the controls are) is more inverted with two little ridges, which help you achieve a comfortable, strong grip on the toy.

The head of the toy is kind of like a little semi-rounded ball that is slightly deflated. The part of the ball that touches your body is a little on the flat side, yet not completely. The style of the head allows for you to achieve stimulation right where you want it.

All in all, it's a very user-friendly toy design.

This toy doesn't look like a sex toy really, so I would say that it is fairly discreet.

To use this toy, you will need two AAA batteries, which are not included. To insert the batteries, you need to, obviously, remove the battery cap. I don't really care for the design of the battery cover, as it was a pain to open at first. To open it, you need to sort of push a small tab on the compartment and then slide it out. The trouble is, that small tab can be difficult to push -- at least on mine.

As for the controls? This toy has two buttons. One button is the power button, which simply turns the toy on and off. The other button is what you use to cycle through the vibration settings. Just turning this toy on will not start the vibrations; instead, you need to hit the power button and then the functions button.

There are 7 different settings to this toy. The first three settings are all steady, constant vibrations. The fourth is sort of a rocky escalating pattern. The fifth is a pulsating pattern, while the sixth is an even faster pulsating pattern. The final setting is three pulsating patterns, followed by one long vibration.

If you go past a vibration pattern that you like, you'll either have to cycle through them all again using the function button, or you'll need to turn the toy off using the power button, then turn it back on, and then cycle through to the setting you like. On the plus side, though, you can turn the toy off at any time with just the press of the power button.

The vibrations of this toy are primarily located in the head of the toy, and they don't really travel very well throughout the body of it. The toy is a bit buzzy, but it does have some rumble to it. The vibrations are also a bit weak, earning only a low 3 vrooms.

On the plus, it's also relatively quiet, so that's something at least.

This toy is very simple to care for. You can easily clean it with just antibacterial and warm water -- but I'd suggest being extra careful about doing that, as I don't believe that it's actually waterproof. I, personally, clean it with a sex toy cleaning spray, which I then simply wipe off with a damp cloth. You could also use a cleaning wipe, though.

Storage and lube are just as simple as cleaning -- if not easier. This toy can be used with any lubricant; silicone-, oil-, and water-based products are all okay here! And, this toy can really be stored anywhere, as it won't interact badly with any other toy materials.

When you do put it away, though, I'd recommend removing the batteries.
