I would recommend this toy to beginners, for sure. I was overall pretty satisfied with this toy. It is powerful enough for people who prefer a strong buzz, but it is adjustable, so you can lower the strength if needed. It is waterproof and works great in the tub. I wouldn't recommend this one for G-spot stimulation as it was almost painful to insert, but it is OK for external stimulation.
