It is best used for vaginal insertion or clitoral stimulation. The Citron has a vibrator near the tip of the toy with three speed settings. The vibrator is well placed for use as a clitoral stimulator.

The handle on the Citron also allows easy insertion as a vibrating dildo. While some may have issue with the size of the girth of the Citron, I found full insertion comfortable and pleasurable.

The Citron is great for use alone, either as a clitoral stimulator, or inserted while using a bullet clitorally. It was also great with a partner- my partner enjoyed watching me use it on myself.

It is made of TPR. It had very little smell out of the box. The Citron is firm but flexible. The "juicer" styling features deep ribs that, while noticeable, did not particularly add to or subtract from the stimulation of the toy. The material itself is not very slick- it has a very slight tacky feel to it, so use of a water or silicone based lubrication is helpful.

The shape of the citron is unusual; it essentially looks like a citrus juicer. The tip of the toy is tapered, flaring to the widest point at about 1.75 inches. The vibrations are greatest near the tip of the Citron, making it easy to use for clitoral stimulation. The vibrator has three speeds and is controlled by a button at the base of the tapered handle. The Citron has deep ridges along the length of the toy that may provide further stimulation for some, but it did not significantly increase stimulation for me. While the girth is moderate at its widest point, I did not find it excessive, and the tapered tip of the Citron made insertion easy. The total length of the toy, including the handle is just over 8 inches. From tip to the end of the ridged "juicer" is approximately 5.5 inches, total insertable length is about 6.5 inches.

The Citron is not a "realistic" toy, coming in hot pink (or blue), and it is not remotely penis-shaped. However, it is pretty obviously a vibrator. It is not small so it is not very discreet or easy to hide within luggage for travel. It is however small enough to easily store within a drawer of a bedside table or a toy box.

The vibrator is located near the tip of the Citron and has three speed settings. The first setting is relatively gentle, and the highest setting was strong, but not numbing. All three settings are standard constant vibration, no fancy patterns. A push button at the base of the toy cycles through the settings. It is very easy to adjust the speed setting, and it is unlikely to accidentally hit the button and change setting.

The Citron takes 2 AA batteries and it is waterproof. The lowest vibrator setting of the Citron is nearly inaudible, but the highest setting sounds similar to an electric razor, so it is noticeable.

TPR is somewhat porous and cannot be sterilized. However, the Citron is waterproof, lending itself to easy wipe down or rinse off cleaning. It is easy to clean with soap and water. The TPR has a very slighty tacky texture, however, so far no lint or other materials have stuck to the Citron.

It can be used with water or silicone based lubricants.

The Citron came in a nice metal storage box, so I keep it in there. I initially kept another toy in the box with it, but found that the materials were not compatible, as the other toy "melted" a small spot on the citron. So be careful about storing different toys together!

The Citron comes in a great metal box. The purple box is very nice and has latches on both ends. It would work very well as both a gift and storage box.

All of my previous toys have come in standard plastic clamshell packaging, so the Citrons box was an added treat!

The Citron has been a great toy so far. The vibrator in the Citron is great as a clitoral stimulator, which is a good warm-up for inserting the somewhat girthy toy.

The Citron worked great as an insertable toy on the low vibration setting, while using a bullet vibrator for clitoral stimulation.

Finally, my partner found it quite exciting to watch me using the Citron. Due to the length and girth of the Citron, it is a toy that I preferred to use and control by myself, rather than have my partner use it on me.
