The one I had didn't, although I might have to try it if Dominos is offering it. I think I got it from California Pizza Kitchen a really long time ago. I know it was at least 5 years ago, because I remember discussing it with my ex's mother, lol.

Yep, "white" pizzas (as Alfredo-sauced pizzas are often called) are some of the best. Now I'm starving (and I thought I was going to be fine just with my green Chai tea, LOL!

I wipe mine with a paper towel. But yea, NY pizza is thinner than Chicago pizza. It's not easy to do it here.

I'm impatient, I'll just wipe it with a paper towel or napkin, lol.

Unless you've got a way to direct heat at the pizza from all sides (those kinda-spherical brick/mortar/whatever- they-are ovens absorb a fair amount of heat, and once they're hot, radiate it toward the top of the pizza as well) it might be kind of tough.

I keep wanting to build an outdoor oven for bread-baking in the summer, but I also keep living in rental properties

Yes they do. You have to do the build it yourself option. This was a few months ago I saw it, but it's worth a try since Dominos is cheaper than California for sure.

Or last month's Eden Cooks showcased a lovely alfredo sauce

Question for Research: You are quite the anal toy enthusiast. Do you recall when/how you first became interested? What was your first anal toy?

Oh oh oh!! I did make that!! And got it to reheat fairly well!

I doubled the batch, but next time I think I will substitute one cream for one stick of butter and see how that comes out.

A restaurant called BJ's has an awesome white pizza if you get a chance to try it!

For Selective: I know you're a big part of the Eden Gives Back, both this year and last year. What got you interested to begin with, and what brings you back to do it again?

I do love Alan Rickman. He does an awesome job no matter which character he is playing (and yes, I really did come to love the character Snape!).

That would be WONDERFUL to have your own outdoor brick oven! One of my classmates had one built in their backyard.

I loved it, and so did everybody else who ate it! I see why it doesn't reheat well, and felt a little silly that I didn't figure that out until I took it back out of the fridge and it looked exactly like butter than had melted and then resolidified. And then I went "duuuuuuuuuuuur" and popped it in the microwave.

I stumbled into it quite accidentally actually, when I was a kid I was taking a bath and trying to clean up with a tiny little sliver of soap that should have been thrown away it was so small. When I washed my butt, it slipped right in and surprised the hell out of me. I sat there and thought the situation over for a bit before deciding to retrieve it. Long story short, I got the soap back and discovered one of my favorite pasttimes in the process.

I recall I used various household products like sharpie pens and hairbrush handles until I was old enough to buy a real toy. Right around 18, I lost interest almost entirely as I applied myself to school. I rediscovered my interest towards the end of college and have been a happy member of Eden since.

I tend to wipe up the excess oil off the top of a pizza slice with a napkin, too.

Nope, not nearly as much as I plan to when I graduate! Traveling is my passion, though, so I look forward to traveling the world and the US as soon as possible. (And I love different types of cuisines, so eating is linked to traveling to me! We always seek out restaurants that are popular with residents everywhere we go. The locals ALWAYS know best!)
