While Nikki Lee definitely offers a great suggestion if you own a Spareparts harness, here at EdenFantasys, we sell a product called a "Black Jack Stroker". Since I've never heard of a harness having an "insert sleeve", I shall assume that you meant that your Black Jack Stroker toy broke, and you managed to post it in the wrong forum.
As such, if you bought your Stroker from EdenFantasys, all defective products can be returned within 60 days of your purchase date. Please see the Return Policy: link
