First time ordering online.. have you ever gotten any other mail from edenfantasys.com?

I haven't gotten anything that wasn't tucked inside of Eden's (plain, nondescript) shipping box. They are known for being very discreet so I wouldn't worry if I were you.

I've ordered since April and haven't gotten anything besides really discreet brown boxes. I've never gotten a sex catalog before. I'm sure people who've been here for years haven't gotten such a thing from Eden before either.

I have been a member for a year and have received around 76 orders. Yes, that is 1-2 per week. They arrive in a basic white USPS mailing box or a plain brown mailing box. The return address id from Web Merchants.

I have never received any other mail, phone calls or cross mailings. If Eden does have paper promotional/advertisin g items, they are included in your order ONLY--never separate mailings.

Eden is very committed to keeping the privacy of the members, complete discretion and has a zero tolerance spam policy-this would include phone calls, credit card payments, packages and NO other mailings.

It is about time a retail business actually protects their customers!!

There is nothing to worry about. They aren't going to send you something exposing your personal sex life. Everything is sent in plain brown boxes. I ordered some affiliate coupon books to leave randomly with my code on them and they came in a white envelope. All their mail is from Web Merchants so it is discreet, it doesn't say Eden Fantasys.
If they send a catalog it will be inside one of your brown boxes.

I can only echo what everyone else has said. I've been ordering from Eden for nearly 2 years now, and have only ever received mail from them that I've ordered. NEVER any mass mailings, or anything like that.

I've been tempted a time or two to get items elsewhere (that Eden no longer carries) but I never have because I've been uncertain about that particular aspect as well.

I highly value the discretion Eden shows. Very professional!

I have been a customer here since 2009, and not once have I received anything in the mail that I did not specifically ask for. No worries here!

I love EF's discretion!

EF is very discreet I even lived in a dorm last year and had boxes shipped to me. Never once got any mail that I didn't request. It's the best piece of mind.
