Thats kind of hard for me to say, I only have one toy that fits in this category. I can get it in but once in I can do little with it. It is more like a plug, a big 11" long stainless steel plug. Yes my beloved Eleven, the 2" end. It's just so big that I can only move it like half an inch. It does feel good though.

It differs for me. It depends on the orifice (I'm more willing to stretch my vagina a little than my rectum) and the type of toy (use and material). I tried the double dong about 4 times before realizing "Wow, this just isn't going to work". I would have tried it more than that since I didn't use it anally except it was pretty dern uncomfortable once I got it in and I just didn't want to aggravate my tender parts anymore.

I voted for other because of our experience with the Tantus VIP. That toy we have tried three different times, without much warm-up, and twice with a lot of warm-up, and it still does not fit. I haven't given up on it though. Maybe one day my wife and I will find a use for it.

I will try something on two or 3 separate occasions before giving up on it for a while. If I feel at a later date that it might work I will definitely give it another go.

2 or 3 times sounds good. Sometimes you just need to know your limits. If I can't take it after 3 honest attempts with proper prep and everything, then I just give up. Sometimes, I'l place the toy into the "drawer of shame" at the bottom of the toy box...at least until I'm ready to try a 4th time.

Usually three separate times. Once without warm-up, once with warm-up, and a final time to say that I've seriously tried. I'll put it away for later, try it in a year or so.

I have yet to give up on a toy, and I own the Jollies Firm, the Dai-Do #3, and the Cal Exotics Passion Wave. They all require warm-up, and the right mood, and there are times where they are simply not the right toy for the moment, but they've all proven worth the trouble. Especially those first two.
That said, no toy is worth actual injury, if you really can't manage it, or aren't ready to attempt it. I have the Jollies Luna sitting unused in my toy trunk, waiting for the day when I'm feeling particularly brave.

Once or twice. If I'm really desperate and want it to work out, I do go for a third time. I think sometimes, I just need to get used to the toy.

I usually try 2 times, sometimes 3. I do not believe that you can get an accurate idea of a toy based on one use.

So far the only one that's given me trouble getting in took about 3 weeks and 5 or so attempts. Since it was anal I needed to give myself some breather time. I eventually got it in.
I suspect I'd keep going back until I knew for some reason that it physiologically wouldn't fit. It might take a while, though.

i got the Raquel unfortunately its to long (still trying to see if I get used to it) i probably write a review on it I feel like i can write an ok review even though I didn't enjoy it as much as some people might (size isn't going to influence my opinion or review)

I'm a bit of a scaredy cat, so I will try a toy once but will stop if I know I can't handle it. I'm very careful to pick toys that I won't have this problem with, though. I'm not big on size.

I'll keep trying a toy until it fits. However, I'm careful to not do anything that could hurt me; I'll put a large toy aside for a bit if it just isn't working.
It's usually easier for me to take a very large toy when I'm using my toys with my boyfriend. He encourages me to keep going, and we can warm up me up for large toys together

If it wont fit, it wont fit. I've only had this happen with one toy and I only had to try once to know it just wasn't going to work out.

Usually two or three times depending on how relaxed I am, but after that it's probably a no go. But maybe in the future I'll try it again.
