Hey folks, the husband and I could use some guidance. I've always thought that cock rings were exactly what their name implied: a ring for the cock. However my husband has heard that it's more pleasurable if the ring encompasses the testicles.

This sounds logistically impossible to me. The last time was tried a ring around just the shaft, he removed it once he was hard because he said it was cutting into him. Now we're meant to get a ring around his penis AND testicles?

There are two types of cock rings available. Some are made of stretchy material and typically have a bullet vibe associated with them such as these: link. For starters I used a set of flexible silicone rings like this link.

There is a bit of a learning curve - and getting the sizing correct is vital. The old carpenter's adage is measure twice before cutting - in this case measure 2x before buying. I use 2" steel - but I could easily see that someone better endowed would need something larger - or vise versa.
