I always wondered if it was dangerous to apply too much pressure to the prostate, or perhaps using too large of a toy that may hurt or damage it. Are there any ways you can damage the prostate via anal activity

Yes, it can be bruised if you apply too much force directly with a hard object or a pointed object. Just be gentle if you're using a glass, metal, or any other hard material object.

Plus, if you have a higher risk of prostate cancer in the family, you're going to want to be gentle with it.

I would say "keep an eye on it", but that would be difficult.
