If you ease into anal sex, rather than (pardon the pun) thrusting right into it unprepared, then no, you won't have any pain or discomfort.

You should begin gently, starting with one (small) finger or a butt plug and slowly, over time, stretch your anus to be able to accept a full-sized penis.

Anal sex without preparation will hurt, and you may bleed, but when you set it all up appropriately it's painfree and lovely.

I highly recommend the Sportsheets Under the Bed Restraint System. While it sounds a little pricey at first, it's pretty much the best system I've tried. It's very discreet, holds well, feels comfortable, and can be used in a variety of positions.

I agree with this. I have the same Restraint System, and I love it. On top of that I would recommend getting the Crave line of ankle and wrist restraints, they are really the best cuffs I've ever had the pleasure of using. The cuffs that come with the restraint system are very cheap and itchy.
