How long have you worn a plug at one time?

At best guess, I'd say about 13-16 hours of continuous use. To be honest, half or most of the time I had forgotten it was in.

I like having it in while doing chores. Make them easier to do. Of course sometimes while doing the deed also. Col, one time I fell asleep with the njoy in. It was so comfortable and relaxing.

I've only worn my plugs while masturbating, and usually when using such a toy I was able to orgasm quicker so never exceeded the 3 hour mark.

In one continuous (without any re-lube/bathroom breaks) session: about 10 hours overnight.
If you count wearing them all the time with taking them out for the obvious, my Mistress has kept me plugged up for weeks at a time. Practicing around the house helps, about a half hour after a good bowel movement and a hot shower. Start with a short time periods and work your way up. Seems like once you can relax after a half hour or so with it in you seem to get a second wind (no pun intended) and then the sky is the limit. Once you are more confident you can venture out for errands etc., using minimal amounts of your favorite lube (I prefer extra-virgin natural coconut oil). There is always a small learning curve, at first you will want hump every sofa armchair in sight (both guys and gals) but that will eventually wear off (again, no pun). After a while it helps you maintain a good healthy diet and learn your body, even lose some weight. I like Njoy plugs because you can easily move gas around them while in. I often can go out 8+ hours comfortably, and sometimes sleep with one in. I find due to the weight wearing the NJoy head-down (toward your knees) helps keep it hooked in while walking around etc., otherwise around the house, sitting or sleeping head-up (toward the belly button) works fine, it's just a matter of personal preference.

Hmm, I would not recommend any periods over 8 hours, always lube first.
