Get the large ball gag.

There is a large silicone one. Everyone is different, sometimes I find this one to be too big at times and I've debated getting the small one.

Just like there are different-sized dildos for different people, there are different-sized gags. Not everyone has the same-sized mouth. For us, this gag is actually our favorite as the size is perfect without being too big. As long as we have it tightened fully around his head, he can't spit it out and it doesn't harm/hurt his jaw.

Everyone has a different sized jaw. Personally, I do not even use gags at all which have less than a 2" diameter. Recently, my husband bought me a gag with a 3" diameter. It all depends on preference, and how big your jaw is.

Also, I think that if you can spit out a gag, it's not tightened enough. Even smaller gags can be impossible to spit out if you tighten the straps enough.

For me, that would be the perfect size gag. I have a fairly small mouth and larger gags are very uncomfortable (even painful) for me.

Small gags stay in just fine so long as they're tightened properly.

I might have to try this one out. I have a pretty dang small mouth and the few I've tried have either been so big that they hurt my jaw or (with one that was actually meant to go farther into the mouth) made breathing difficult.
