The
Aneros Helix Prostate massager comes with 2 page manual loaded with the usual Anal sex/masturbation beginners stuff and some advice on lubing up properly (the lube keeps dripping out of your ass hours later). The only useful information are the breath techniques together with the sphincter exercises to make the toy work.
Since it's a medically researched “thing” I decided to follow the manual. Inserted about 10 ml of lube into my ass using a syringe type applicator, slid the Aneros inside and tried to for about 10 minutes following the advice on breathing. (Damn it was good to have a decent DVD on the screen).
Allow me to quote the lovely manual: "Concentrate your mind on your prostate." Hmmm… Hmmm… Never mind, I'll concentrate on something, like my breath. While I was doing it I was thinking about another passage from the lovely textbook: "Because the Aneros Massager is suspended unstably within the Anal canal, the slightest muscular action and even the pulsing of blood vessels infiltrating the Anal canal and surrounding the prostate is detected by the Aneros and directly transmitted to the Anal canal, prostate and the perineum acupressure point." Well all I can say in a good British manner BOLLOCKS !!! Boy you have to sweat to make it work and first few times you'll just use your hands to finish this exercise in a somehow pleasant way.
Later on I have figured out how to breathe properly while contracting/relaxing my sphincter muscles and actually after some 30-40 minutes the sensations started to build up and I've got my first "Non-ejaculatory, full-body shaking, continuous orgasm...". Relaxed for a while - continued and sometime later got my second one. Finally grabbed the handle and massaged the prostate until a proper ejaculatory orgasm, leaving a huge mess.
I have played a lot with this toy and after several weeks of exercise I was actually able to enjoy the toy. It really massages the P-Spot in the right way. But unless you are a natural born ass orgasm talent you will have to exercise for hours before getting the flavor of this toy. The Aneros is great during sex, the orgasm is much more intense and the erection much harder than usual. It's small and doesn't look like a sex toy on the X-Ray so it’s quite good as a travel toy. . I guess it's less a toy but just a medical aid which got diverted from its intended issue.
