The Big Man plug is mainly designed to be a anal plug but, it probably could be used vaginally also. It puts plenty of pressure on the prostate when inserted so it very well could put the same type of pressure on a ladies G-spot.

At first glance the design of the Big Man seems rather strange but, after using it I totally understand the odd design. The Big Man has three bumps on the back. At first I thought they had made it backwards and the bumps should have been on the front to stimulate the prostate. But as the card that comes with the Big Man says it has three distinct sizes in one plug. Each bump is another size larger than the one before it. To use the Big Man plug I recommend you set aside extra time and have lots of very slippery lube on hand. I really don't have anything bad to say about the plug, it's just big and takes awhile to insert and takes time to remove. When it was listed as being 2" in diamteter I didn't see any problem with it.
