Flexi Felix is an excellent choice for those new to anal play. This is due to the flexible, plush nature of the toy.

The best way to use this toy is to put the beads into your bum, and pull them out slowly at the time of orgasm. For me, doing this provides an amazing sensation that makes my orgasm much more intense.

If you're looking for a thrusting toy, this one isn't for you. It's so flexible that it's a bit floppy, and honestly, there would be no way that you could thrust with it.

Felix is made out of food-grade silicone. It is no surprise that silicone rates as a 10 on Eden's safety scale, as it is hypo-allergenic, latex free, phthalates free, and non-porous. Due to the fact that this toy is non-porous, it can be sterilized, and therefore shared with a partner.

The silicone feels very smooth, with almost no drag. There are however, several seams that go down both sides of the toy. I can feel the seams with my fingers, but not while the toy is in use. The beads have a bit of give (or "squish") to them, which make for a comfortable insertion.

I did not notice any smell or taste to this toy when I first received it. After multiple uses, there still isn’t any smell to this toy -- which is a good thing.

Felix is 12" long, a total 10" of that being insertable. Along the surface of the toy, there are different sized beads. The first bead is just slightly larger than the width of my finger. From that first bead, each bead that follows increases with size. The final bead is about the width of two of my fingers. The size of the beads makes this toy more suitable for beginners in my opinion.

In between each bead, there is a flexible neck. This means that you can't just "shove" the toy up your rectum (if that's your think), but rather, you need to go slowly and gradually nudge each bead into your bum.

The handle on this toy is excellent. The two eye holes make it possible for me to get a good grip on the toy.

This toy is surprisingly discreet looking. There have been times when I have the toy laying out in plain sight. To my surprise, the person that found the toy assumed that it was a child's toy! This is, of course, due to the cute little caterpillar shape.

This was my first set of anal beads and I really don't think I could've picked a better toy. I found the soft and squishy nature of the toy made the beads extremely easy to insert (and extract). I also found that the beads provided an interesting sensation when just being left in place, though clearly that is not the intended purpose. Still, the soft nature of the toy and the long neck between the handle and the last bead provided me with an excellent feeling of fullness.

Silicone is an extremely easy to care for material. You can wash it with a toy cleaner or anti-bacterial soap and water for a simple, quick clean. But ... as this toy is meant for one’s bum, I really recommend fully disinfecting it after each use. You can do this by boiling the toy for a full three minutes, or by simply putting it on the top rack of your dishwasher. Both options will get the job done easily.

As this is an anal toy, you're probably going to want to use a high quality lubricant. You'll want to use a water-based lubricant, as silicone lubricant will ruin your toy. Remember to wash the toy well after use.

In regards to storing, I would recommend storing Felix in a plastic baggy. One reason to store the toy in a plastic baggy is due to the fact that it's always a wise idea to keep silicone toys stored with some sort of "barrier" between them and other toys. A second reason for the plastic baggy is that this toy is a MAJOR lint magnet. Due to this fact, you should probably make sure that you give the toy a good rinse before using it, regardless of how you store it.
