He inched his way into my...heart
Felix is yet another awesome toy by Fun Factory. I was a bit worried I wouldn't like him at first, as he's a very long wee beastie, but he inched and squirmed his way into my affections, and I ended up loving him! I found this toy to be a wonderful beginner's anal toy, and it worked well for stretching up to intermediate sized toys!

Pros
silicone, easy to clean, doesn't attract obscene amounts of lint, cute!
Cons
the handle feels odd to me, cute?, is shaped like a bug/insect thing
I adore Fun Factory’s products. It could be because I’m a fan of bright and unusual colours when it comes to dildos and vibrators, or that I’m a snob when it comes to materials, or just because I like a bit of whimsey in my toys. Fun Factory delivers on all counts, and I jumped at the chance to have another of their awesome toys in my paws.
Flexi Felix came in Fun Factory’s usual classy yellow and red packaging. It included a sample of their Toyfluid water based lube, which I recommend skipping if you have any sensitivities to glycerine or parabens, as well as a small insert showing the rest of Fun Factory’s line of toys. The box isn’t good for discrete storage, as the toy is clearly visible through it, and is also a bit large, so you’ll want to find alternative housing for Felix.
Felix measures 12 inches total from antennae to tail, with about 10 of those inches being insertable. His body (Exoskeleton? I’m not quite sure what type of creature he is.) consists of five ‘bloops’ of varying sizes, the largest bloop being an inch in diameter. The smallest bloop at the tail is tapered and is about the size of a pinkie finger, so it’s easy to insert. The beads have a bit of squish, but are still firm enough to make insertion relatively smooth, and there is a band of a more flexible silicone as a sort of ‘resting point’ between each bead.
These anal beads are made of 100% silicone, and are smooth with a touch of drag to them. Because silicone lube can react negatively to silicone toys, you should only use water based lubricants with them. I would also recommend using a thicker water based lube for inserting Felix. (Sliquid Sassy is my lube of choice when it comes to anal play with toys. I love the lack of drippyness and how well it sticks to my toys!) Fun Factory’s silicone doesn’t attract lint and dust the way other types I have handled, but I would still recommend storing it in a pouch of some sort. Cleaning Felix is easy-simply wash him with soap and water, wipe him down with bleach, boil him, or even run him through the dishwasher on the top shelf!
I’m not a fan of the handle, despite the cuteness of Felix’s face. Not going to lie, the fact that you stick your fingers through poor Felix’s eyes to remove it both squicked me out a bit and gave me the giggles at once. The handle tends to feel ‘floppy’, and it sticks out more between my buttcheeks than is really comfortable to me. It feels poke-y when I sit, and just awkward when I’m moving around. For me, the most comfortable position to use this toy was either lying on my back or stomach, or kneeling in doggy style. Another thing to mention is that, because of the length of this toy, you may want to give yourself an enema before playing with it. Because, well, occasionally $hit can happen.
In use, the increase in size of the beads was gradual enough that I didn’t find it challenging to insert them. I think they’d be great for a beginner, as you don’t have to use the whole length for it to feel good, and the beads are very forgiving sizes. Despite the fact I thought the length would be awkward, I honestly didn’t notice it once I had the toy inside me and was masturbating. Felix felt awesome when used on his own, but I found that I most frequently ended up pairing him with a dildo vaginally. Another thing this toy is excellent for is warming up for larger anal toys. I was frequently left wanting to try something bigger after playing with Felix, which isn’t all that usual for me, as I’m not a huge fan of anal play. My Master greatly approves of this change in my attitude towards anal.
Thank you, Felix and Fun Factory!

While Felix is still cute as a bug (sorry, the pun just had to be made!), I've moved on to wanting larger anal toys to play with, and for that, he just doesn't cut it. Sorry, Felix, it's not you. It's me.
