The Infinity Plug was infinitely pleasurable! Sleek, pretty, and small, this toy still packs a lot of punch. With a shape that allows for interactive play with your partner but a weight and size that makes this comfortable for solo play or extended wear, this was a total winner.

The only downside was a rather large base - but with mindful positioning that can definitely be worked around. 8/10 for the folks at Tantus!

Use

This toy is definitely a winner if you're going for versatility. I found it not too large for extended wear (even an hour or two during an intense BDSM scene) but still large enough to remind you of its presence.

It's just a smidgen over the "perfect weight" for me - I found the weight gently starting to help the toy escape - but that was, to be fair, over about a half an hour. When lying on my back, there were no toy escape problems, even when I was orgasming.

Don't expect to be able to get this toy in AND more than, say, a couple fingers or a small dildo inserted vaginally- the Infinity Plug really fills you up in a very pleasant way but it's a little too large to be used for double penetration, at least on me.

It has a great slick surface that takes lube very easily - doesn't suck it up or dry it up like some other toys. Remember that when you think you have enough lube, add a little more! You need to be adequately lubricated to avoid injury with any type of anal play.

Material / Texture

The toy is made of 100% pure silicone, which is absolutely fabulous for anal play. It lets the lube stay put and slick instead of soaking it in like some more porous materials. The non-porous surface means easy clean up (a must for anal play!) and it doesn't collect lint, hair, or fuzz like jelly does. It's pleasantly firm and has a nice bit of weight to it - you definitely won't forget this toy is there, but it's not overwhelming either.

Design / Shape / Size

The double bulb design was a total winner in my book. The base made a fantastic handle and being able to slide the bulb closest to the base in and out without the toy completely sliding out and needing to be re inserted (which I hate) was amazing. It's probably best for intermediate level players - it's a little too heavy and doesn't have a small enough entry point to be comfy for a novice.

The only real complaint I have is that the base was a bit too large for my taste - it made lying in certain positions very uncomfortable as the edges dug in to me quite a bit.

The purple irridescent color was beautiful and looks great in pictures and is very aesthetically pleasing.

Performance

The best part is definitely the double bulb design. It really allows you to enjoy the sensation as your partner pushes and pulls one bulb in and out, but the other bulb can remain inside so you don't have to worry about re-insertion. The way it stays slick and not fuzzy is a definite plus.

This is a great toy for playing alone, but unlike some plugs, it's definitely fun with a partner and allows a lot of interactivity. Just be careful of the positions you choose to play in - the large base has very square edges that can be a real mood killer when they jam into you.

Care and Maintenance

As always, keep your toys clean with toy wipes or warm water - you can even run this through the dishwasher or boil it. Remember not to use silicone lube with this - use a nice water based lube. If you must use silicone lube be sure and use a condom over it.

I store mine by washing it and putting it in a fabric bin with my other toys, wrapped in a silky handkerchief. Storage is pretty easy on this one because you don't have to worry about silicone melting, so you can store it pretty much anywhere.

However if you like the Ace, I'd say stay with that, as the neck is longer and is more likely to be retained than the narrower bulb/neck ratio of the Infinity. The Ace large is maybe a better choice if you find the Ace going astray, or get a Tristan or the almost perfect Ryder. The Infinity Large is quite a nice toy too, but the base is, well, a pain in the ass. For some reason the Ace large base is softer and more comfortable.	04/02/2010
