Pretty, but Weak

Personally, I don't think this whip will get much use in my house. I have another that gives better sensations. However, it would definitely be great for beginners or people just beginning to explore the whip world!

Use

The Tantric whip is definitely one for the beginners. Unless you put your entire body behind it, it's a soft, sensual little thwap that's perfect for the "just curious". Those that are expecting a stronger whip need not apply. This baby is beautiful, made of soft satin ribbons, and I think anyone could use it.

Design / Craftsmanship / Size / Material / Features

The Tantric whip is small and would comfortably fit almost any size hand. It appears to be very well-made, of high quality satin ribbon, and is wound tightly around the handle. It feels soft, and is absolutely beautiful. It just LOOKS the way you think a whip should look.

I'm not sure that there's an easy way to clean this type of whip. I personally would run the ribbons through hand sanitizer if you used it in a place that required it, but I don't think you can put enough force behind it to generate blood, so that is likely not going to be an issue. There's no smell, and it's easy to wrap the ribbons around the base to store.

Performance

I was hoping for a heavier stinging sensation than I got with this toy. My fiance put a normal amount of force behind it, the same as he uses for our other whip (which is somewhat fuzzy!) and there wasn't anywhere near the amount of sensation.

I feel as if this is a good "teasing" whip. Trailing the ribbons along your skin works very well as foreplay, and it's enticing to feel them slip between your lips. However, as I was expecting a bit more bite, the best part was rubbing the handle between my legs.
