Comfortable, Stable and Easy to Care For' Strap-On

I enjoy vigorous strap-on play with both my b/f and g/f. I’ve had a leather Aslan Jaguar harness, for almost two years now, which I enjoy so much. I did not see the need for another harness. Silly me! I perused the Spare Parts on line, and honestly it didn't make much sense from the name "Spare Parts". The size... the A size fits 20"-50" waists, and the look... an expensive looking guy's jock strap, with an "O" ring for your dil. I wanted to review this so bad and compare it with my Aslan Jaguar.
Mine came with a black 2" waist band, made from a special web material, that is adjusted by a Velcro tab at the back. This enables the wearer to make one adjustment (the extra material just doubles at the waist, and it stays in place via the Velcro tab), the butt straps are adjusted just once by "D" rings. The pouch on mine is a pale blue, with an expandable "O" ring that can accommodate dildos from 1.5"-2.0".
I immediately tried it on. The initial adjustments were a snap. The waist band has two additional external straps, that the wearer will loosen to put on and a pull on each side, which will make it as snug as you want. Subsequent uses only require adjusting the two side Velcro straps. The strapping is extremely sturdy and stays in place. I see it as sort of like a bra strap material… it feels snug, but not overly restrictive, with just some give. The material of the pouch feels like bathing suit material, it clings, breathes, and has some give.
A dil is inserted from the back, and the two layer pouch allows for the pouch material to cover the dil base, or you can have the base just hit your clit for ultimate stimulation. I used a Vixskin dil which has a wide base. I did apply some lube to the base for comfort, on subsequent uses, I found this unnecessary as my own natural lube is more then sufficient.
I spent some time admiring my new cock, and performed various thrusting moves and positions to test the stability. To my suprise it didn't move, the dil didn't sag, and I only had to tighten the side straps once more.
During my positioning play, my b/f arrived... he looked at me and said "holy shit, that's hot". He got undressed and after a warm-up, we were both ready for some serious thrusting. The harness rides low so, the base of the dil hits the clit so with each thrust, the wearer getting great clit stimulation. The genitals are also accessible for additional play. The Spare Parts is so easy to care for, delicate cycle in the washing machine, or hand wash... think laundering bras. The manufacturer says it can be machine dried, low heat. I wouldn't do this. My b/f dries his jock straps in the drier, and they just don't hold up too long.

Experience
I tied the Spare Parts with double dildos; the Feeldoe Slim and the Tango. It does perform but, honestly with double dildoes, I prefer the feel and the look of my Aslan Jaguar. Will I retire my Jaguar(?), hardly. The Spare Parts provides a comfortable strap-on experience, and looks much better on the actual wearer then in the picture. It looked even better when I removed the logo from the front.
It also has a very attractive storage pouch, which I just throw in my lingerie drawer. The Jaguar is leather and has to be sponged cleaned, preferably soon after use. Since I frequently ejaculate, the Spare Parts is a dream for cleaning.
I guess at this point, I love them both and why not? We all probably have doubles of toys that do basically the same thing, so why not more then one harness?

My Spare Parts Joque Harness continues to please. The material feels so comfortable and it just naturally adjusts to my body, very similar to a bra. It stays in place and I have not noticed any extra stretchiness from frequent use and laundering.
Which honestly, surprises me.
I still do not dry it the drier. I throw it over my shower rod or hang it on a skirt hanger with clips. It folds easily in the provided pouch and travels well without bulk.
I enjoy the ability to have genital access when wearing this harness and, for me, it rides low, allowing my dildo base to hit my clit with each thrust.
This harness provides great stability for a variety of dildos. The pouch also provides room for a bullet vibe, if desired, but for me, a continuous bullet vibe becomes annoying rather than bringing me to a higher level of arousal. But it does work.
I think it looks more sexy without the "Spare Parts" logo in front, which I did remove.

Perfect harness for Pack and Play. Works as an STP harness due to the open back, and holds well. Quick switch a dildo in for play! It works so well! I don't know any other harness that is as comfortable, versatile, and works as well.

So, it says 2" in the description. However, what it doesn't say (since it's stretchable) is whether this is the minimum or maximum diameter? If it's the maximum, then what is the minimum (i.e. what is the diameter of the ring before it stretches at all)?
Also, I find it odd that for the harness/dildo kit 25% off deal, there are only 2" dildos recommended - what about the rest that would work with this stretchy ring? How could I get the kit 25% off with them? -
I'm not sure what the minimum diameter is. As for the sale, there isn't a way to get the 25% off the dildos not included in the kit. Since the kit is the choices between these featured items, you can't substitute them unfortunately.

I measured ours and the interior diameter of the ring unstretched is about 1.25" so that would be the minimum.

Just wondering how long this lasts on average? Being that it's on the expensive side for me, I wouldn't want it to start tearing/wearing after a few months' use.
Also, I'm assuming it can just be thrown in the laundry machine with the rest of my clothes, right? -
We've had ours for almost a year now and there are no signs of tearing. I'm sure it will last us several years. In terms of cleaning, this is from the SpareParts website:

That Ring, Is It Stretchy? (Related to Joque Harness)

My boyfriend and I are looking for a harness that will accommodate a dildo of 2.5 inches in diameter. I know it says the ring is 2 inches, but does it stretch enough to hold this? All the harnesses with replaceable rings that look good enough to use are out of stock right now. We're looking to order fairly soon, so any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

The Joque™ should fit the toy, but you'll need to do use our special bag trick to make it fit. You can see how to do the bag trick in this quick video - Using Toys with the Joque™ Harness. Since this is a larger toy than we recommend using with the harness, you should take extra precautions to remove the toy from the harness after you use them with so that they don't over stretch the elastic ring.

Unfortunately because my boyfriend's vacation is this week we went with a different harness: the Vegan Jaguar by Aslan Leather. Too bad because the Joque is waterproof and I'm pretty sure this one isn't, but oh well, ç'est la vie. Maybe another time we can get this one as well for some shower time fun! Thanks again! ^_^

I just ordered this strap, I am still waiting to get it in the mail but I was wondering if anyone can suggest which double dong to use with it? I am confused on if I would use a dong that is double sided or two separate ones, any recommendations would be great!!!

It's really up to you!
Any of the strap-less strap-ons we have which are less than two inches in diameter (which, I think, is all of them) will fit into the Joque. I would recommend using a dildo that is two-sided as using two separate ones may cause issues when the bases are rubbing against each other (just awkwardness issues; no physical ones).
Some of the neat double-ended dildos we sell include the Feeldoe line and the Share line. We've used double-ended dildos with our Joque with no issue; it actually helps hold and support the dildo really nicely! -

I know a lot of people had disliked the white/grey rectangle that adorned the front of the SpareParts harnesses in the past. The new waistband design looks so sleek and sexy!

You know? To be honest, I had planned to, if we got the Joque harness, just use my good ol' seam ripper and undo the stitching holding the label on. Provided that was how it was attached. But I like this better than it was before yeah! ^_^

Your girl-friend should put the feeldoe in first, then step into the harness and thread the dong through the front opening. On the Joque, the front opens like men's shorts.
