Designed for couples of all types, but suited best to be "worn" by a woman. In our use, the woman inserted it vaginally and the longer, skinner end was used anally on the male. The size and shape is suited well for anal use for the receiving end. It is smooth and slender allowing for easy insertion when used with proper lubrication. The bulbous end is made for vaginal insertion, and may be a bit large for anal use but if you are up for it, it could be "worn" anally as well.

We love the silicone toys. They seem very sanitary, safe, and easy to clean up since they allow for boiling. The texture of the business end is generally smooth with a small, head on it which makes for an easy, comfortable insertion. The wearer's end has some ridges that is supposed to stimulate the clitoris during use, though we found them most ineffective.

This is obviously a unique design/toy. It has to be shaped carefully to fit at both ends comfortably. We had two main problems with the design.

We felt it would be easier to use if it could be made lighter. The heft of it made many positions impossible because of the need of the female to keep her legs closed to keep it inserted. She practiced with it several times, and worked on her muscles to help keep it in before we finally tried it out fully. But even with that it was still impossible to keep in for any length of time without keeping her legs closed to keep it in place.

Secondly we felt it the giving end of it could have reached out a bit further instead of curving up quite so much. We just could have used a little more reach with it.

Once we found a position where we could use this toy effectively, it really did feel great. She had much better control and thrusting with it than with a regular strap-on. It allowed for much more natural movements. It really was a great feeling. We only wished it was easier to keep in, and that it had a bit more reach to the dildo end.

Being made of silicone, it is extremely easy to keep clean and well maintained. We use anti-bacterial soap right after use, then boil it just to be safe. These silicone toys are great in this department.
