Strapless Strap-on (Use with a Strap)

The Feeldoe is really quite simple. The wearer inserts the short egg-shaped end, the "pony", and then uses the phallic "horse" end like a real, honest-to-goodness cock. Jack it, stick it in things, just admire your reflection in the mirror--it all works!

Though putting it through a harness first really helps (unless you prefer a "semi" to a hard-on) you can use this without one. This toy is perfect for female-on-female intercourse, but I am sure it would work well for other combinations. I do think that using it to penetrate the receiver anally without a harness would be extremely difficult for the wearer to hold in. Though, someone who does their kegels religiously might prove me wrong.

It has a hole with a vibrating bullet in it as well. It's a fine bullet on its own, but in the Feeldoe, I don't find it very helpful, so I mostly ignore it.

The silicone is non-porous, odor-free and has no discernible taste. It is a lovely shade of blue (although I wish it was the Slim that was purple and not the regular, because I think the purple is even prettier). The texture is shiny, smooth, vinyl-like. It has its pros and cons as compared with velvety silicone. What is nice about this texture is that it becomes extremely slippery with lubrication and therefore excellent for beginners. It does tend to attract lint immediately.

The junction between the "pony" and "horse" ends is somewhat flexible, which again has pros and cons. It is floppy when used without a harness, but it is easier to adjust the angle of penetration.

The egg shaped "pony" end for the "giver" may seem odd, but I was surprised at how easy it was to insert and hold in. I am very petite, and find most toys to be difficult to insert at first. Especially ones as firm as the Feeldoe. Unlike similar products on the market, it does not really go for the g-spot, which can be a good thing if intensity is a problem for you. It allows me to thrust with abandon and without feeling like the egg is pushing unpleasantly against my cervix or upper vaginal walls.

The "horse" end is just phallic enough to please without looking like a real penis. There is a more realistic version that feels softer and more pleasant, in my opinion, but I specifically bought this one because it is colorful and doesn't actually look like male genitalia (not that I have anything against penises). It has a good angle of penetration and the Feeldoe Slim has just the right circumference to make it easy to insert either vaginally or orally, despite having the shiny-silicone hard type surface, rather than the softer velvety surface of its brethren. It might be nice to have a little bit more texture on the "horse", particularly a ridge near the tip, like the head of a penis. However, the smoothness makes it easy for newbies, and makes it less likely to slip out at the "pony" end from having it get stuck at the "horse" end.

The ridges are a bit too large and far apart to help me orgasm, but they are certainly nothing to complain about. I have found that slipping a ripped Tenga Egg over that part of the Feeldoe really enhances the stimulation on the clitoris and that general region.

I wouldn't call this toy discreet, but it's more discreet than the usual dildo, due to its unusual shape. That is to say, there is a chance that someone could see it and have no idea what it was for.

I travel with it, because I hate being parted from my wonderful penis, but I can see how it would be inconvenient for some.

As a woman, I think the best thing about the Feeldoe is that it's the closest I have ever felt to having a penis. Wearing a traditional strap-on with a harness is satisfying, but having the sensory feedback directly from the device, inside you and on your clitoris, just adds that extra degree of realism. Suspension of disbelief becomes a lot easier for one who wishes they could sometimes call upon the penis gods to endow them with that extra appendage.

This toy is super easy to clean and care for. Soap, water, whatever! Non-porous silicone is not fickle. It does tend to attract some lint, though, so I keep it in a plastic bag between uses. Any non-silicone lube will probably work fine with it. I use water-based lubes, particularly Pjur Aqua.

Taking out the bullet is a little bit annoying, because it is so firmly lodged in its cave to prevent it from shifting. Wiggling it back and forth with some lube or soap does the trick, though. Personally, I don't even use it with the Feeldoe, so it is not an issue for me.

The clear clam-shell style package shows you exactly what you're getting without being vulgar about it. It makes a good storage container for the Feeldoe, with it's perfectly shaped plastic cover.
