While I could figure out an exact diameter (my guess would be just under 1"), it has roughly a 2 3/4" circumference, which is quite thin.

There are technically three bulbs on this, the fourth one is the curved length gradually flaring and it's flat on the other side. But it can definitely be inserted and it has the circumference as the rest. The others are round. Both ends of this toy are tapered to make insertion comfortable.
