Blue piece of heaven
This was my first glass dildo. But I would not recommend this for beginners because of the texture on it, and also the bulbous head may be a little painful for some. But other than that I absolutely love this glass dildo!Published: August 16, 2011

Swirled blue dildo is perfect for everyone. It has a wonderful flared base easy to use for anal. It has a curve causing it to be perfect for hitting the G-spot. When using the product, because it is glass, there is no give at all, so be very careful when using it. I never had a problem with that area. Perfect for nipple and clit stimulation, perfect for using alone or with a partner, and great to take in the bath/shower with you. Just be careful not to drop it. It is travel friendly so it is prefect for traveling.
The swirls on it gives it a nice texture when using, but the texture is not so much where I can't use it, it has the perfect texture to it. The swirls on the dildo make it so hard to keep it clean which can be a pain in the ass. Because of it being glass there is no smell or taste to it. This dildo is 100% pyrex glass so it is very safe to use, but please use a condom when sharing it. You can use any type of lube with it. If it does break, it breaks into large pieces if there are any cracks do not use. It is perfect for temperature play, if you want it cold stick it in a bowl of cold water, the same goes for warm. Do not freeze it or microwave it.

To clean just use warm water and mild soap, but the swirls on it do make it difficult to clean so you might have a little trouble there. To store it, I always keep it in the pouch it came in so that it would not get damaged or cracked.
The packaging it came in was a clear plastic reusable package. It also came in a very fluffy velvet type pouch were you can store your glass dildo, and a free small sample pack of lube came, which I thought was cool.

For a beginner the Spiraled G. Texture can easily become "too much" when used anally, especially when you don't have a lot of experience, and the Spiraled G has a more sedate texture. The curve is good for prostate stimulation if you have one.

This has become one of my favourite toys in my Toy Trunk, because it is just perfect. From the fat head to the base and everywhere in between.

I recently purchased this and I was starting my review just now and it won't let me use the extended review template. Looking at the other reviews I see I am not the only person who this happened to, well more than likely since I'm not seeing the extended template used. Does anyone know why? It isn't a huge deal, I'm just curious.

What do you think the deal is with the WIDE pricing for glass toys?
They are all the same material obviously and some are fancier than others but sometimes two can look exactly the same and be a difference of $200.
I recently bought TWO glass toys for a total of $20 and that included shipping. -
It's mostly a question of process (how decorated is the toy, how complex is it to make the decoration, is it handmade, where is it made), but at the extreme low end there is a bit of material difference - tempered soda/lime glass vs. borosilicate glass.

I'd wanted a glass toy for a long time and didn't want to shell out the big bucks for it. I spent about $28 dollars for a similar toy to the one you linked. It's fabulous.

Please don't post duplicate threads on the forums.
The deal with it is that they are made by different manufacturers, and the cost varies widely. Some are hand blown, others are not. Some even contain gold dust. If you look at the Properties tab, you will find that not all glass is alike or equal. That would be like saying every metal dildo or toy is the same - it's just not that simple. -
Also, as some sex toy reviewers are unfortunately finding out, some toys are actually not 100% glass. Some companies fill their toys with water so that they remain "glassy" looking, but don't require as much material.
