I received the Rainbow Mega Nubby a few months ago and have been enjoying it ever since. It was my first glass toy and know I've developed a bit of an addiction to anything glass.
I'm a bit picky when it comes materials, I don't want to have to worry about what's going inside of me when it comes to toys. The Rainbow Mega Nubby fits perfectly into what I look for. It's made of Pyrex glass, which means it's nonporous and can easily be sterilized with a 10% bleach solution, putting it in the dishwasher (top shelf, no soap) or boiling it.
The Rainbow Nubby is a smaller width (3.5"), medium length (7.25") and has a cylindrical shape. It's smooth except for the nubs on it. I found the nubs increased the sensation for me as I would love it thrusting in and out. The best part of Pyrex is that it responds well to temperatures. You can place it in cold or warm water (not hot) and the glass will pick up the temperature. Once you start playing with it, the temperature will gradually match your body temperature however for the first little bit, it's a sensation that can't be beat.
The toy comes packaged with a plush, padded storage bag which will keep you toy safe when not in use. Mine came in pink but others I know received blue. It's a nice, little addition to the toy and shows that the manufacturers want you to have the longest use of it. Even though Pyrex is built to last, it can chip and become damaged if it's dropped or some other misfortune happens.

The sleek feeling, ease of cleaning and the colour has made it a stable beside my bedside. One thing last warning. I love anal play but I would not use this toy for anal as it doesn't have a flared base to it. You don't want anything to get lost.

Experience
I personally love the feeling of heating up the toy in warm water or cooling it down in cold water. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and well worth it.
You can also use warming and cooling agents that are safe for the body with it, just be careful to read the labels first.

Do glass toys "hurt" or feel too hard as opposed to rubber/jelly toys? I really like this and want to order one!

I haven't tried that specific glass toy, but I have tried glass toys with "nubs" on them. Honestly, they didn't hurt me in the least -- but, the jelly ones do. I don't understand it.
I LOVE glass though. -
Maybe if you move around and find it's too big, but in themselves, they wouldn't generally hurt (in my exp) :)

So I don't know much on the topic, but putting anything made of glass inside my body sounds a little scary. Do glass toys ever break?

Not usually, most glass toys are made of a solid piece of Borosilicate glass like pyrex. They shouldn't break unless you drop them and even then they may not break the first time they fall.
You should check them for chips before using them, just in case. -
Glass is one of the safest materials you can get, next to stainless steel and silicone. You can boil it and even throw some into the dishwasher! They'll break if you drop them real hard or throw them (especially the cheaper ones), or if you put it in the oven and then in a bowl of cold water, but not inside you!

One is Don Wands and the other is SSA glass...that's about it.

To answer Alpine Subdreams question: I have one smooth and the others are bumpy or otherwise textured. There IS a huge difference. I can almost feel nothing with the one that has no bumps but I still wouldn't give it up!
