As someone who had never purchased, owned or used a toy before I bought the Classic Dong, I was surprised with how easily it could satisfy. While a little larger than I had anticipated, I had fun from the start playing on my own, and later incorporated it into foreplay with my boyfriend.

This toy, while not appearing totally realistic, does provide a surprisingly realistic experience with an enjoyable "veined" surface. The flexibility of the shaft allows for very natural movement. It is pleasingly rubbery and can even be used for a little bit of light spanking. Good to use with a water-based lubricant and very easy to clean. The vaguely fruity odor of the toy will fade over time from the overwhelming smell it has when first purchased. The toy is made of Sil-a-Gel (which rates at a 5 on the material safety scale) so sharing the toy with others is not recommended. It is phthalates free, latex free and has an anti-bacterial property.

At a substantial length of 7 3/4" with a diameter of 1 5/8" it has a nicely shaped head and a wide shaft, which was still comfortable as a beginner. Not scary like I was afraid of, and fun to use. It's cute, pink and girly. I generally prefer it to the more realistic looking vibrator I have. While this toy is not a vibrator and does not make noise or have the ability to draw much attention sitting in a suitcase, remember that it will give off a strong odor even if sealed in plastic. If you are traveling this might draw attention, I suppose you shouldn't take it anywhere. However, I would travel with it in most cases.

My favorite thing is the texture. I love the flexibility it has and the non-rigid nature of the surface since it can bend and react to my body. After a hard day at work, it's a nice way to unwind at home.

This toy can be cleaned with a mild soap and water and left to air dry, or cleaned with a commercial toy cleaner. Since the surface is mildly sticky, I would advise storing it in plastic, away from jelly materials.

The toy was packaged in a cardboard and plastic shell with the name of the item written across it in bright letters. (Probably something you want to hide in the trash if you have roommates.) It was easy to open and attractive packaging since the toy was clearly visible.

I would mention that while it has a nice smell you should NOT put it in your mouth to demonstrate to your boyfriend the enticing things you might do to his member as the toy does not have a pleasant flavor.

I like to use it alone or with my boyfriend. Because it is not extremely realistic, it still leaves him feeling like he has me all to himself. He also loves watching me use it. It is not so large as to be threatening to him, and is easy enough for him to use wield creatively too.
