First of all, this is the most gorgeous toy I own right now. Seriously, the day it came in the mail I just kind of sat on my bed holding it and staring at it, which is totally weird but this dildo is just beautiful. It's sparkly and gold and it's got these beautiful swirls all the way through it. I love it.

The Radiant Gems classic dong is an inexpensive sil-a-gel dildo. Sil-a-gel is phthalate free, latex free, hypoallergenic, and cadmium free...so it's more or less safe for everyone. Sil-a-gel is semi-porous though, so if you're going to share this toy, you may want to use a condom. It's also quite the lint magnet so you want to make sure it's super clean before you use it. You should wash it with soap and warm water before and after each use. It's relatively easy to care for despite the fact that it attracts dust quite easily. You'll want to store it in a bag or wrap it in some kind of smooth cloth so it doesn't get all gross while you're not using it. This toy has a bit of an odd odor. I've heard some people say it's absolutely gross and unbearable. Honestly, I don't mind it and it seems like it's become more faint in the 2-3 weeks since I bought it. It's kind of a chemical fruity smell, and if you leave the dildo sitting out on your dresser, your whole bedroom will probably smell like sil-a-gel. But I think it really just depends on your tolerance for the smell. It doesn't bother me at all.

The dildo doesn't feel like real skin or anything, but I like the way it feels. Sil-a-gel is kind of a happy medium between softness and firmness. It's not hard by any means but it's not flopping around like a jelly dildo or anything. It's shaped like a real penis (minus the balls) and has a lot of very pronounced veins on the shaft. There's also a pronounced ridge on both sides of the shaft.

I would not recommend this to someone who is new to sex toys and/or doesn't have a lot of experience with someone who is...erm....well endowed? This isn't a scary huge dildo, but it's definitely not small. It's about 8 inches long and about 5 inches in circumference. It's pretty girthy. When I first took it out of the box I didn't think it seemed too terribly big but getting it inside of me was kind of a challenge. I'm a pretty average sized woman, 5'10 and about a size 12. I've had previous partners who were quite large. I have to use a lot of lube with this and even then it can still be a tad uncomfortable during insertion. But once it's in it's very filling and nice. I haven't had a g-spot orgasm with it yet but there is some definite g-spot stimulation going on.

The one thing I don't like about this toy is that it's a bit hard to hold onto while you're using it. As I mentioned earlier, you'll want to use a lot of lube. Your hands are probably going to be a big lubey mess. There's no flared base or balls or anything like that on the toy. That's really my only complaint. And since it doesn't have a flared base, you can't use it in a harness or put it in your butt. Although I have no idea how anyone could comfortably fit this into their butt. Or at least I couldn't.

I still really like this dildo but I don't use it as often as my other toys. I have to use a considerable amount of lube to comfortably get this thing inside me and most of the time I just don't feel like putting in that much effort :p However, I still have a lot of fun when I do use it.
