The Rainbow Mega Nubby is my first foray into glass dildos. I am absolutely intrigued by the beauty and all the amazing swirls, ridges, spirals, corkscrews, and bumps that these things have in their arsenal! I'm a big fan of eye-catching items, and who wouldn't want a dildo that you would actually be proud to show off (not that I ever would, but you get the idea)!
I picked the Rainbow Mega Nubby for it's low price point since it was my first glass toy, and I couldn't be more pleased with what arrived at my door. It's a really great size for beginners with its slender girth and its length is really perfect as well. The colorful nubs are extremely satisfying as it's smooth texture. It honestly looks and feels like it should cost twice as much!
The Rainbow Mega Nubby is made from Pyrex Glass which makes it one of the safest toys that you could use. It's easy to clean, easy to store, and you can use either your silicone or water-based lubes. The toy comes complete with it's own cute padded drawstring bag (mine's blue) for storage, and you even get a sample of lube to use (I threw mine away). Also, since this is a glass toy, you can cool it down or heat it up using your faucet..but TEST IT FIRST BEFORE INSERTING...you don't want a burned coochie, now do ya?
I had quite an enjoyable experience with this toy by thrusting, rolling, and twisting it around. My orgasm pulse was also more enjoyable because of the nubby texture...who wouldn't love that?!?! Do glass toys "hurt" or feel too hard as opposed to rubber/jelly toys? I really like this and want to order one!

I haven't tried that specific glass toy, but I have tried glass toys with "nubs" on them. Honestly, they didn't hurt me in the least -- but, the jelly ones do. I don't understand it.
I LOVE glass though. -
Maybe if you move around and find it's too big, but in themselves, they wouldn't generally hurt (in my exp) :)

So I don't know much on the topic, but putting anything made of glass inside my body sounds a little scary. Do glass toys ever break?

Not usually, most glass toys are made of a solid piece of Borosilicate glass like pyrex. They shouldn't break unless you drop them and even then they may not break the first time they fall.
You should check them for chips before using them, just in case. -
Glass is one of the safest materials you can get, next to stainless steel and silicone. You can boil it and even throw some into the dishwasher! They'll break if you drop them real hard or throw them (especially the cheaper ones), or if you put it in the oven and then in a bowl of cold water, but not inside you!

One is Don Wands and the other is SSA glass...that's about it.
