I Feel a Rumbly in My...Vagina

The Eclipse is an excellent vaginal tool. It is made of high quality materials, and is a lot of fun to wear. Compared to the other three pairs of vaginal balls I own, this one stood out in its own right.

Use

The Eclipse is from the Couture Collection from California Exotics. The Couture Collection is comprised of high end silicone toys. This particular one, the Eclipse, is a set of weighted balls designed to be used vaginally (Not anally! These are not anal beads, I promise you!) with the primary function of being an exerciser, but they are also sexually stimulating. Why would you need to exercise your vagina? It can strengthen the vaginal muscles for those who have had children, surgury, weak bladders, spinal nerve damage, want to keep their muscles tight and trained for when they do have children, or just to keep up with the test of time on the body. It can make your orgasms stronger and easier to control no matter how old you are. This toy is discreet enough that it can be used during every day, typical activities like shopping, exercising, or even just doing chores around the house. You can even wear them in and out of water. This particular set of balls is larger than the other four pairs I own. Even if you have as many sets as I do, this is a must for your collection. It's not for beginners though!

Material / Texture

The Eclipse is made of Japanese medical grade silicone and ABS plastic. The silicone is very high quality, non-porous, latex and phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, and completely body safe. The balls are only covered in a thin layer of the silicone over the plastic so there is not much give. There is also a moderate amount of drag so you will want to use lubricant with these. The cord is also silicone and very stretchy and durable like elastic. The parts not covered by silicone are exposed smooth plastic. I'm honestly not sure what the exact purpose of the dual textures is. It does look cool though. Neither material has any smell or taste. The materials really make this feel well made.

I got mine in the lavender color to match my other Couture Collection items. It is also available in pink and white. The lavender is really very pretty.

Design / Shape / Size

The thing that really sets this pair of vaginal balls apart from other leading ones on the market is that they are not sphere or oval shaped. They have a tear drop shape instead. The two of them back to back remind me of an hour glass, and I find it to be very pretty.

The two tear drop shapes are connected in the center with a small silicone piece. They do not come apart, and the plastic does not come apart from the silicone like other designs. Each ball is about 2 1/4" long and 4 1/2" around at the thickest part. In total, the length of the two balls together is just over 4 1/4" long. This also makes this set longer than the others I have. Connected to the balls is a silicone cord for retrieval. The cord is 3 3/4" long and has a larger, bulbed end for gripping when removing the balls. The entire length of this toy is about 8 1/4".

Different from other oval or circle shapes, these tear drops have an advantage. They act like anal plugs to an ass hole. Once the largest part is in, the rest slides in easily. Then you start small and end up pushing in the largest part of the second ball which helps everything preceding it slide into place. Keep in mind that these are large balls and are different to insert than a dildo of the same size. It is much harder to do. Inside of the balls are weighted free weights that roll around as you use them. They create a low vibrating sensation, but are completely quiet inside of the body.

The design does look a lot like anal beads, and for this reason, these are not the most discreet vaginal strengthener out there. At least it is discreet while during use, though!

Performance

By using these balls, they have the potential to strengthen the vaginal walls. This can have a positive effect for many. It can even help repair a weak bladder after giving birth, strengthen orgasms, or just increase arousal in general. You can use them about 10-15 a day or for a few hours once per week. Within a few weeks, you should be able to feel a difference in your vaginal strength.

All you need is less than a minute of your time and some lubricant to insert these. I really do recommend lubricant. These are large and shouldn't be expected to just pop inside of you. They do take a bit of coaxing. Make sure to pee first and then apply lubricant to both the balls and yourself, inside if you can. I am too tight to be able to insert the balls while standing with both feet on the ground. I have to put one leg up on the counter or toliet, like some people put in tampons. I held the connector between two fingers and cupped the end ball like I would a Merlot wine glass. Classy right? I had to guide the first ball in, but after that, half of the second ball followed suit. I had to use my index finger to push the ball in the rest of the way. I was actually surprised at how well these went in. I expected them to fold into to each other because of the flexible connector. I am glad this was not the case. When it is properly inserted, you should not notice the shape much or at all. If you feel any pain while standing or sitting down, you probably don't have them in right. The only part I found uncomfortable was the cord. It is a little too long. It could be seen when I was wearing exercise pants.

The Eclipse "vibrates" more than my other three pairs of balls. The vibrations are much more noticeable, and all I had to do was walk or shift my weight. This is not enough vibration to finish anyone (I think), but it does arouse you internally and causes the muscles to contract further. Don't worry, the noise level is completely discreet. No matter how hard or fast you shake your ass, you will not hear the rattling (trust me, I tried it!).

So how do you remove them? it helps if you not only lightly tug on the cord but also push as if you are having a bowel movement or coughing. When I did this, they came out effortlessly. You will probably want to wash the balls right after removal. Mine were coated in my juices.

Care and Maintenance

The silicone and plastic is very easy to clean. you can use warm water and soap or an anti-bacterial soap or spray. The seams where the plastic and silicone connect can trap juices or lubricant, so you may want to use a soft tooth brush to get at those areas. The material does collect a little bit of lint and dust so it is always a good idea to rinse them before use. You can let them air dry and place them back in the pouch they came in or place them by themselves. Do not attempt to boil these since they also contain plastic. You can use water or oil based lubes. I would stay away from silicone since the combination can deteriorate the material.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Packaging

The Eclipse comes in a sealed Styrofoam pouch that works well for storage if you open it carefully enough. The pouch is placed inside an over sized matte, white, cardboard box with pictures of the product on it. There is not much information in terms of how to use the product. It is classy enough that you could give it to someone in need of the product.
    • Not discreet
    • Recyclable

Experience

Based on my experience, I am really impressed with this set of vaginal balls. I am even more impressed considering the fact that the price is lower than the leading balls on the market. If you are a fan of this type of product, you really need to add this to your toy chest.
Follow-up commentary
I love these vaginal balls. I use them more than my other three pairs and feel that they are the easiest to insert and remove for the greatest amount of results in a short period of time. I only use them about twice a week, but I can tell they have improved my orgasm strength and bladder strength. I have a bladder the size of a pea and this has helped that.
