These Kegel balls are quite fun to play with and effective at toning the pelvic muscles, which need to be toned in order to ease childbirth, prevent urinary incontinance, and maintain vaginal tightness. They are made with high quality silicone, so be careful not to use a silicone-based lubricant. They are a little on the bigger side. I was intimidated by them at first, but with a little lube, they are not that uncomfortable once you get used to them. I did notice that if I didn't keep my muscles tightened, it felt like the balls would slip out. Because of this, I found them to be quite helpful in toning the pelvic muscles, although keeping them in for longer periods of time can cause some mild soreness from keeping your muscles contracted.

Now down to the fun part: my boyfriend likes using them as a sex toy. He enjoys watching them go in and being pulled (or pushed) out. They do give off a very slight vibration when they move which can offer an unexpected thrill while climbing stairs, cleaning house, or just walking around. I noticed that when I wear them, I tend to sway my hips more when walking. I'm pretty sure it's because of that subtle vibration. I've been thinking about trying to dance around my living room with them in just to see what it feels like. Put them in before a good spanking, and you will feel the vibration with every smack.

As far as caring for your balls goes, they are very easy to clean and can be cleaned with toy cleaner and water. The only problem I found was that they tend to collect lint or hair, so be sure to keep them in a case and/or clean them before and after every use. I'm really glad I purchased these.
