Butterfly kiss - g-spot vibrator by Cal Exotics - review by Kinky T

There are three speeds of vibration for this toy. To start the toy, you simply press a button (the only button) on the bottom of the handle. The same button can be pressed again to turn the toy up to the second speed, third speed, and then off. I find that the first speed is too weak to do anything, but the second and third speeds are both great and make the antennaes of the butterfly vibrate in a very seductive way.

The toy is fully waterproof; I've submersed mine in the bathtub several times, which has had no effect on its functions. The battery compartment (which takes 2 AAA batteries) seals off nicely. The toy isn't very loud on the first or second settings but the third setting is loud enough to be heard over running water, unfortunately.

The butterfly kiss is made of TPR. It is very smooth throughout the insertable portion, but has small hearts along the part you hold. The hearts actually make it easier to grip during use. The toy came with a general scent (and taste. Yes, I tasted it) of plastic. After a few cleanings with water and antibacterial soap, however, the scent has disappeared. One bonus of the toy being made of TPR is that both silicone and water-based lubricants can be used with it. Cleaning the toy is also easy since either toy cleaner or soap and water can be used.

The butterfly design of the vibrator is wonderful. The antennaes vibrate at a wonderful intensity in both the second and third speeds that is perfect for clitoral stimulation. The antennaes are able to encase your clit for general stimulation. In addition, the tip of the bulb is perfect for pinpoint stimulation on your clit. The vibrations travel throughout the whole vibrator, meaning that both the butterfly and the bulb do get plenty of "kick", though the vibrations aren't numbing even on the third speed. Your hand also does not end up going numb from holding the toy for long periods of use either. The bulb is also decent for g-spot stimulation, though I much prefer using the bulb for just clitoral stimulation since it’s hard to hit just the right spot with the bulb’s design when you insert it.

I've found that when I try to use the toy for both clitoral and g-spot stimulation at the same time like it's designed for, it doesn't reach my g-spot, which almost defeats the purpose of a vibrator shaped like this. However, it's a great toy to be used for one or the other. I was just rather disappointed that the toy wasn’t actually built to function as it’s meant to.

This toy still isn't one of my "go to" toys. When I do use it, I still find that I can only really ever use it for clitoral stimulation.
