These ben-wa balls are very nice. The design requires you to wear both the balls at once, as opposed to sets without balls on a string. This toy can be worn anywhere. It is interesting to wear it when you get more movement such as walking or driving. There are balls inside the toy that move and vibrate when you wear it. The toy has a string for easy retrieval.

This toy is very smooth. It is part plastic and part silicone. The silicone has a nice velvety finish and transitions seamlessly to the shiny smooth plastic. This is far too subtle of a difference in texture for me to feel when I am inserting it. It doesn't have much of a smell to it at all.

The two balls are not completely circular like most other ben wa balls. I don't feel like this made a difference in sensations for me, but I like toys that are designed a bit differently. The balls are bigger than others that I looked at in stores around me, but that is what I wanted. For others these may be too large.

It is discreet in the fact that no one knows what the heck it is when they see it. I regularly leave it out on my night stand/vanity because it is a pretty, well designed toy. It is good for travel too. There is no metal (just silicone and plastic, according to product descriptions) so it should be safe to wear through airport security. Otherwise it would be discreet enough to carry through your carry on.

I am not sure how well it tightens me up or exercises my kegals, but it makes me more aware of what's going on "down there", so I find myself exercising the muscles with the balls in more than I do without wearing them. The sensations provided by the balls are actually able to be felt, even with subtle movement. I was very pleasantly surprised by this. It tickles in a way, a very good way. I wouldn't say that in and of itself it is arousing, but it feels really good.

This toy is very easy to clean. It has no electronic parts so it is completely waterproof. The toy is silicone too which means you have to be very cautious or avoid using silicone lubes or storing it near another silicone toy. I use anti-microbial soap on this, but the material is safe for boiling to sterilize. Since it is silicone, it can be sterilized and thus shared if you were so inclined. I store it on my vanity/nightstand or in a nice box.

The toy was packaged in a cardboard box with a picture of the toy on it and some text. It did not include instructions or anything of the sort. I guess if you were unfamiliar with them you would have to look it up. The box was too flimsy for storage so I just threw it out.
