Meany sex toy review
It's waterproof, has 10 vibration settings and is great for both clit and G-spot pleasure. I would recommend this vibrator to anyone wanting something small and discrete, yet extremely pleasurable.Published: June 8, 2008
Pros:
Great for both clit and G-spot pleasure. Great choice of vibrations and pulses.
Cons:
Higher vibration settings are loud.
When I first received Meany, I couldn’t stop touching it. The silicone feels almost silky and I found that as my fingers caressed the toy, my pussy began to ache. I wanted to see if it felt just as silky against my clit.
I began by testing the various settings, so I would know what to expect. The first setting was a very light vibration (which I later learned did very little for me). With each click of the button, the vibrations increased until they were so intense that my hand was shaking. The last three settings were vibrating pulses: the first feeling like gentle rocking leading to the last, which felt like an intense pounding. I grew even more excited to try it out.
Covering the surface with lube, I lay on my back and introduced Meany to my clit. It was instant pleasure. The tip of the vibrator was flexible, yet firm and almost felt like a vibrating tongue. As I became more aroused, I increased the speeds. I found the most intense vibrations to be too much for my clit, but the pulses felt very good. Once I was good and turned on, I decided to introduce Meany to my G-spot. This was where the intense vibrations and pulse settings felt the best. Within moments, I was experiencing an intense G-spot orgasm.
Meany has become my standby for quick pleasure. I find the toy to be the perfect balance of gentle and intense, depending on which setting it’s turned to. I love the fact that it is equally pleasurable on my clit and on my G-spot. It is also waterproof, so using it in the shower has been great (although make sure to open it up, take the batteries out and let it air dry if it gets wet). It’s also a very convenient toy to use on my clit during sex.
One complaint is that sometimes the silicone surface makes the vibrations feel almost too gentle, even at the highest setting. This really only occurs when I’m extremely aroused and really want something intense and rough. It also becomes rather loud on the higher settings. I give this vibrator 4 stars and would recommend it to anyone wanting something small and discrete, yet extremely yummy to play with.

Interesting that you say it's loud. I have the Corsar, a very close cousin to this guy, and I don't think I'd call it loud. Silicone seems to muffle the noise a lot. I've heard plastic toys much worse.
But sterilizable silicone is always a plus!
Epiphora - I agree that plastic toys are much louder than silicone toys. But when this toy is at it's fastest vibration, it's definitely something you'd hear through a closed door.
I purchased one while traveling, only to find out that it wont vibrate at all! I've tried different batteries, ive made sure the bottom is placed on correctly, but still nothing. Any more ideas?
Deanne - my only thought is that most companies will replace a faulty product. contact customer service and let them know your problem. hope that helps.
I'm curious.. it is waterproof and it is silicone, are you able to boil this vibe without causing any damage to it's internal workings?
Sleeping Dreamer - you're forgetting the temperature of boiling water. The vibrator is not made of solid silicone so some parts of the vibrator might be damaged by the heat. For example the battery compartment and the motor itself.
Agreed. I definitely would NOT boil it.
I'm trying this one soon. Looking forward to my first Fun Factory toy.
