The Getaway pure is a beautiful aerodynamic g-spot vibrator. It has the best curve not too much, then not too small. The pure can be used as a g-sot stimulator as well as an extremely gratifying clitoral stimulator. The pure is ideal fo the beginner, and the advanced. The best, and beautiful thing about the getaway pure is the structure. It is not the most common shape. My very first toy shaped anything like this. The controls are extremely easy to get to locate. I enjoyed it as a g-spot vibrator, but I loved it better for clit stimulation. The head and the curvature of the toy just hugs your clit, and gently kisses it. It also comes with its own beautiful silk white storage pouch. The with of the base does make it good for anal play.

The design of the getaway pure reminds me of a jet plane when looking at it. It is all because of the handle of the toy. The design is one of the real reasons why I wanted to try this toy. The shape of the toy fits perfectly in your hand without any slipping. The handle is ideal for thrusting for those who wish to thrust this is perfect.

When I first opened up the pure I thought it was going to be a little too long, and I was not going to enjoy it. I was wrong the pure is not to long it is perfect. People with small hands maybe wouldn't like this to as much. Some people may think that the price of the getaway pure would be too much, and would not want to take the risk. At the 80$ price tag some maybe reluctant to try, but I more then feel it is a god price. It is a truly beautiful luxury vibrator.

Functions / Performance / Controls
I love the functions on the getaway pure. They are nicely located at the bottom of the toy. It is a LED slid touch pad. There are no real buttons. There is one single button, and it is used to turn the toy on, and off. There is a white strip that you run your fingers over to change the settings. To go to a different setting you place your finger, or thumb on the little LED pad for about 3 seconds. "To increase" the setting you just quick swipe your finger over he LED pad. If, you keep your finger on the LED pad for too long you will change the settings.
While using Pure, you can lock the vibrations anytime by placing your finger on the white end of the touch sensor for two seconds. The Nomi Tang logo will turn red, and touching the Nomi Tang logo or sliding your finger on the sensor will not change the vibrations. To unlock, place your finger on the white end again; the Nomi Tang logo will return to blue. When changing the setting the light will blink "BLUE", and when it does not register the light will flash "RED" letting you know to repeat the action.

1.Low (1 bees, 3vrooms)
2.Medium (1 bees, 3vrooms)
3.High (2 bees, 4vrooms)
4.Medium pulsations (2 bees, 4vrooms)
5.Medium revving pulsations (2 bees, 4vrooms)

7.High faster pulsations (2 bees, 4Vrooms)
My personal favorite of the settings is the High frequent pulsations. I like a high-steady vibration but not too much anymore. I've learned that "with pulsations" I do not cum as fast, and I'm able to enjoy the toy for longer. The Pure is extremely quiet! You will not be able to hear it through the covers, so you know you will not hear it through the door. If you are living with a roommate, or still at home with the family then the pure would be perfect.
The pure is waterproof up to one meter, which is not too much. I did not use this in the bathtubs, but I did in the shower, and it worked perfectly! With no problems at all.

Would this be good for a beginner who is not used to insertion, but wants to begin trying insertion?

I got the Getaway Wild and I hated it. I am definitely used to insertion, but the shape of the head and the stiffness of the material made the product extremely uncomfortable. Even though the Getaway Pure has a different head shape, I would choose a different product. You need to practice and experiment and you need a product that is flexible and safe. I would choose anything that is made out of silicone. But since you are a beginner, I would especially recommend a product like SinFive Insigno or Evolved Roulette High Roller.
