Not a Me Vibe

I don't think I would purchase the We-Vibe II again if I had the option. It was way too pricey for something I wouldn't use solo. I only reach for this during sex or when I can't find my favorite vibrator. I think that if you're looking for solo you should try another option.

Use

As a solo toy the We-Vibe II doesn't live up to its cost. It is awkward trying to use alone, especially in the shower. It is too flexible so there really isn't a great way to keep it from sliding all around. The vibration also isn't strong enough to feel on your g-spot.

As a couple toy the We-Vibe II is great! It definitely gives women that extra "umph" if you are hard to please like me. The pressure from the penis pushing again the g-spot makes the gentle vibration easier to feel. The length is also perfect to reach the clit for the dual stimulation that the product was meant to have! My husband also said the vibration wasn't too overpowering but did shorten his ability to last as long.

Material / Texture

The We-Vibe II is made of premium silicone. While being super smooth, it does have a tendency to pick up fuzz. It has a slight smell but nothing overpowering like other vibrators I have owned. There are ridges and nubs on both sides of the vibrator for clitoral and g-spot stimulation.

Design / Shape / Size

The We-Vibe II is very user friendly and discreet but I definitely suggest something a little less flexible for alone time. It is 8.5" in length which is perfect when using during sex to reach the clit and the g-spot hands-free. It is nice and small which is great to travel and spur of the moment orgasms.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The power button is located on the tip of the vibrator, which makes it super easy to switch vibration speeds. I think the vibration level needs to be stronger on the g-spot end for better climax. It is water-proof and when used in the shower the performance stays the same. It is also super quiet so there is no chance of the kiddies over hearing what's going on! The rechargeable feature is great because we all hate when our favorite toy runs out of batteries!

They We-Vibe II comes in a see-through box but I don't think it is obvious as to what it is. The instructions are not too lengthy but very informative. The package would not be reusable for any other packaging purposes.

I actually found that the g-spot end was too powerful for us. It made my boyfriend numb. I also found I didn't like the packaging - it was too annoying for storing the We-Vibe in. Good review.

I'm really hard to please. Besides solo and my husband I have never had an orgasm with anyone else. So I guess maybe stronger is what I needed. By packaging are you talking about the box it came in or the silky pouch? I love that it has the pouch but I know that it can sometimes get stuck trying to get the We-Vibe in and out of it because of the silicone. Maybe they could have made an actual case for it. Like a plastic case so it would be easy in and easy out!

      If you have an adult store near you I would suggest going. We decided on this toy because the store employee allowed us to see one out of the box and hold it and see what it does. by going to the store I got a better view of other things here that I was interested in.
    • I agree - head to your local toy store. That's how I decided to buy mine. Feel it, get a first-hand idea of the size, flexibility, etc. Then, if you like it, come back to Eden and buy it. If your local toy store is anything like the ones around here, they don't give half the number of discounts as Eden Fantasys. :)

      I have been having the same problem with it not staying in place during intercourse as well.

    • A simple yes or no works for me. Please feel free to get in depth on why or why not it didn't work well. I'm thinking of this as a gift for my husband on his belated birthday.

      Also, has this caused discomfort to anyone's penis?
    • It works better for me as a solo toy. My husband is on the smaller side of average and he was able to fit inside of me with this comfortably, but I prefer smaller girthed things so this plus him was a little too much for me. I haven't revisited it in a while though.

      Yes, and it wasn't completely comfortable on my pubic bone. We had to change positions several times before we found a spot that worked for us both.

      it is not too big as it looks on pictures
    • It is really quite easy to insert. The motors are smaller than a penis, and it is really thin where the two motors connect.
