The Scoop is a no-frills hand-held clitoral vibe for those on the go. It’s slender size makes it ideal for the woman on the go, and it manages to milk a lot of power out of two AAA batteries. Perhaps it is due to the smaller nature of the vibe, but I was actually surprised how much power those two small batteries generated!

The Scoop features a slender shaft topped by a curved head with a bent and scoop-shaped head to cradle the clitoris. The motor of the toy is located behind and below the scooped head, allowing the toy to deliver maximum power where it is needed most.

The toy is operated by a simple dial at the base and is waterproof. Due to the slender size and the angle of the head, the toy might be suitable for insertion and g-spot stimulation, but in my opinion the cupped head makes it more ideal for clitoral stimulation.

The ideal use of the Scoop is to cradle the contoured cup around the clitoris; this sensation, however, may be too much for some people, especially new users. Fortunately, the Scoop, despite its small size and low battery requirements, is also powerful enough to be used through clothing, and even sanitary pads when it’s that time of the month.

The toy is relatively quiet, and comfortable to grip in the hand. I didn’t find any lube necessary for this one, since I really didn’t use it for insertion.

All in all, because of it’s slender shape, low volume, and surprising power, I think the Scoop is an ideal toy for those who want to be discreet but still enjoy an effective and powerful clitoral stimulator. It is a pretty toy that can easily be concealed in a variety of locations, like luggage or even a purse, and it is quiet enough to use without having to worry about the neighbors overhearing!
