When we first recieved the cock ring we liked the texture and materiel which turns out to be a proprietary materiel called Intramed. The following comes from the manufacturer;

The materiel is smooth and soft but has a density that the Mrs. liked and a elasticity that nicely accommodated the Dr.(me LOL). There was a slight seam that did not feel irritating to the fingers and later did not affect the performance. The packing was a simple hexagon clear plastic box, it was easy to remove and could be reused for storage(we chose not to use it).

The Intramed is a nice feeling well textured materiel and that flexes well. Its also durable and easily maintained with soap and water. The materiel transmits vibrations well. Our bullet did not have any seams, just the harness(again, it did not affect usage).

The 4Us is 5 3/4" long and is big enough to reach the Ms.'s clit, it seems to contact her better if were close together. We chose to wear it with the bullet side up, it could be used the other way to stimulate her ass(more testing is needed,LOL). The opening is able to accommodate a 2 1/4" cock and we were actually able to get it around her largest dildo(The Jumbo Jack Man-o-war). The little thinner U at the bottom of the loop is critical in giving it the expansion we needed. Both the man of war and myself just barely fit in. If you like to wear the your cock ring over the cock and balls, this will NOT accommodate that.

The 4Us is powered by one N battery and has one speed only, I'm curious when the toy makers will break down and make adjustable bullets, I have yet to see one. This toy could benefit from stronger vibrations, and adjust-ability is always welcome.

Soap and water plus a 10% bleach solution, after the bullet is easily removed. Very easy.

We love our 4Us cock ring, its well built in our opinion(the seam didn't affect us). It transmits the vibration through my cock and we both get both internal and external stimulation.
