However, this one works best used at the base of the cock or around the cock and scrotum. Using it underneath the head of the penis would only cause discomfort since it's a little roomy.

On the product page and in the users guide it shows you the two best ways to position the ring. One position adds more vibration to the cock and balls, while the other is worn upright so that the vibrating end stimulates the females clitoris.

There is very little texture to this ring aside from the bumps along the inside. This was something my partner really enjoyed, as it wasn't overwhelming but the bumps were still easily felt. The material itself feels exactly like silicone.

This ring comes with a really interesting box, not similar to the Ass-Berries boxes. That is how it's shown online. It isn't totally discreet, as you can see right through the box.
